| 10 | All the 04nos. Propeller shaft worn out journals are to be metalizing by S.S - 316 electrode & machining to suite the respective bushes and trueness to be done. |
| 11 | All the 04 propeller and couplings are to be bed – in with the respective propeller shaft |
| 12 | Broken tips of all the 04 nos. propellers blades are to repaired by dove tail joining method with the pre – casted Mn- bronze piece and to be welded the same by bronzed electrode keeping the blade profile intact. |
| 13 | Propellers are to be dynamically balanced. |
| 14 | 04nos. propellers shaft G.M gland cover to be re-sleeved |
| 15 | Propeller shaft key ( S. S ) complete renewal with securing screw |
| 16 | Damaged gland studs to be renewed |
| 17 | Rubber cutlass bushes are to be re-rubberized (’’ A ‘’ bkd. Bush and Stern tube bush ) |
| 18 | 04Nos.intermediate propeller shaft to be metalized by S.S - 316 electrode & machining to suite the respective bushes and trueness to be done |
| 19 | Intermediate shaft G.M bulked bushes(04nos.) to be renewed as per sample after dismantling of old damaged bush and fitted the same |
| 20 | Intermediated shaft couplings to be bed – in with the respective of intermediated shaft |

| 22 | Damaged rudder stock with rudder blade to be renewed as per sample |
| 23 | Top & Bottom Gm Bushes and Gland Cover of Rudder Stock to be re-sleeved.(04 sets) |
| 24 | Rudder stock (04sets) damaged thrust bearing to be renewed |
| 25 | Main engine no. 01, 02, 03 & 04 existing control levers are to be replaced by WBSTC supplied engine control unit alongwith modification of seating arrangement. |
| 26 | Ultrasonic gauging to be done only on the underwater portion of hull plate and bottom plate. |
| 27 | Corroded and thinned down side hull, Ramps and bottom plate to be cropped and renewed. |
| 28 | Pipeline cleaning to be done including valves. |
| 29 | DG set engine (Single cylinder) to be full overhauling including all material and machine shop jobs. |
| 30 | Damaged Sea water pipe (50NB) line to be renewed. |
| 31 | Sea chest strainer to be renewed by 6mm S.S plate |
