Tender For operational work of Electromechanical Equipment’s of Urban Water Supply scheme Basukinath during Shrawani Mela-2024-- 1 Cost towards supplying and fitting of Main contactor ML6 type -01 No. for FASD starter suitable for operating of 75 HP VT motor pump set. 2 Providing all labours, tools, tackle’s and technician for disconnection and taking out 75 HP VT p/set with column pipe from intake well and lowering back after repairing of parts all complete job. 3 Cost towards all labour, tools, tackles and technician for opening, dismantling& cleaning, repairing and overhauling of 75 HP 9 stage bowl assembly VT pump having head 120 meter, discharge- 113 m3/hr. speed 1460 rpmwith changing of following accessories-i. C.I. retainer bearing (Spider bearing)-02 Nos. ii. Spider cut less rubber bushes- 03 Nos.iii. 30mm dia. S.S. line shaft- 10 ft. each 01 No. Changing Nut Bolts of Column pipe joints with S.S. nut bolts -1 kg, rubber gasket etc. as per sampleall materials as per required complete lathe work for line shaft threading, key & lock making and refittingetc. all complete job. (rate after deducting the scrap materials). 4 Providing all labours, tools, tackels and technician for lowering after repairing of 75 HP VT P/Set with column pipe into intake well all complete job. 5 Basukinath Unit-Cost towards repairing, servicing and overhauling of 25 HP HSC C/F Pump set having 1450 rpm, head-42 mtrs, discharge-20000 GPH, pump ofmake WILO (Mather & Platt) with following works:-( i)dismantling opening & cleaning of Pump with all labour, tools and tackles .(ii) Repairing of pump shaft with re-metalling of S. S. pump shaft, welding turning & Finishing and fitting as per sample at lathe-01 No.(iii)Making & fitting of shaft sleeve as per sample -02Nos.(iv) Ball Bearing 6305 & roller bearing N206EC-01 No each.(v) Nut-bolt, gasket and paper packing etc. (vi)Complete re-assemblingand overhauling of Pump at site with all labour, tools & tackles and Testing on full load with transportation charge up & down etc. including the deduction of scrap materials all complete at clear water P/Plant Basukinath 6 Running Maintenance and Fast moving Items for different P/plant- A.S/F ofTyre coupling 7 Unique- TC/Q/016/3310 8 Unique -2514 No. 9 Unique-U-82 3800 10 Unique-TC/Q/013/2215
