Schemes under Durgachowmuhani Block and Nagar Panchayet area during the year 2023-24/S.H:- Minor repairing, maintenance ofpump motor & replacementof variouselectrical equipments etc.-- 1 Dismentaling of pump for over hauiling including greasing, gland packing, necessary repairs & reinstallation of the same including trial run for 10 hrs. in two spell complete as per direction of the Engineerin- Charge. 2 For LI 3 For HPLI 4 Providing & fitting fixing Pump Shaft of approved quality. 5 Providing & fitting fixing Lantern Ring for pump of approved quality, 6 Supply & fitting fixing ball bearing of approved quality for pump required during overhauling. 7 (a) 6305 Ball bearing (TATA /SKF) 8 (b) 6306 Ball bearing (TATA /SKF 9 Hiring charge of welding set of single phase with operating staff and carrying upto the site of work including loading and unloading (both way) complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge 10 Providing & fitting fixing PVC suction hose pipes of wall thickness 6 mm as per relevant IS specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 11 Providing & fitting fixing MS foot valve as per relevant IS specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 12 Dismentalling of horizontal pump and motor of 20/25 HP from the base and carrying the pump set to the nearest workshop for repairing the body thread of stag nut and carrying the same to the scheme and fitting fixing the pump set as before as per direction of the Engineerin-charge. 13 Supplying & fitting fixing manually operated oil immerged starter of approved quality.a) 30 Hp Osco/BCH Make 14 Providing and fitting fixing of moving iron type, Range 0-500 V, 96mm x 96 mm size AC Volt meter ( L & T / AE make) with selector switch as a electrical instrument of the pannel board as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 15 Providing and fitting fixing of moving iron type, Range 0-100 A, 96mm x 96 mm size AC Amps meter direct reading type ( L & T / AEmake) with selector switch and CT coil as a electrical instrument of the pannel board as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 16 Supplying & fitting fixing of 7/16 Copper Wire with all electrical equipments including trial run etc. complete (ISI Marked) on thepannel board of approved quality. 17 Providing and fixing G.I. pipes medium class as per IS : 1239with latest amendment complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling, cutting and making good the walls etc. complete as per chapter 20 of CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer- in - charge. 18 Providing and fitting fixing of brass fullway valve with handle in the GI pipe line including cutting, threading etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in -charge. 19 Providing and fitting fixing of 6 feet x 4 feet x 1 inch (thickness) Gamair wood pannel board for fitting fixing oflectrical items, in/c 2 nos MS angle post ( size 2 inch x 2 inch x 9 feet ), nuts & bolts etc. for irrection of the same by 1:1.5:3 cement concrete casting ( 1 feet x 1 feet x 2 feet) below the ground level and painting two or more coats & plastic paint as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 20 Dismentling of pannel board by disconnection of all electrical equipments & stacking of materials & return the same to Sub- Divisional store as per direction of the Engineer-in charge. 21 Labour charge for reinstallation of all electricalequipments (dismentalled serviceable materials, if any additional/ replacement of electrical eqiupments required will be paid separtely) on the pannel board including trial run for 10 hrs in two spell complete as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge. 22 Supplying & filling of Transformer Oil in the oiltank of manually operated oil immerged starter of approved quality. 23 Providing and fitting fixing steel sheet enclosed switch fuse unit (suitable for DIN fuses), triple pole with Neutral Link (TPN), 415/500 Volt, L & T / Havells/BCH make etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-incharge. 24 63 Amps 25 200 Amps 26 Providing and fitting fixing of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) of different Thermal release range , 415 + V, 50Hz (L & T, BCH, ABB make) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
