Tender For Empanelment of vendors for Specified fine sand for mortar / concrete/ brick work and local sand for trench / plinth filling for various worksites under Hrishyamukh RD Block under South Tripura District- 1 Fine Sand (For Mortar / Concrete/ Brick work) under HrishyamukhRD Block area. 2 Local Sand (For Trench / Plinth filling) under Hrishyamukh RD Block area. 3 Fabrication charge including fitting & fixing of the finished product in the worksite charge of any structure.Rates should be incl. cost of base plate, cleat. (Pipe/Angle/ holding down bolt will be issued from department). 4 Manufacturing & supplying including fitting & fixing of the finished product in the worksite of fabricated steel tubular truss of spacing 3.09m c/c with all accessories such as required purlin, bottom runner, bracing, trusses, cleat, base plate & other fittings of trusses & projection of rafter & purlin to gravel wall etc complete (only cost of Holding down bolt / Nut bolt will be borneby the Department) Span-(up to 9 m) 5 Manufacturing & supplying including fitting & fixing of the finished product in the worksite of fabricated steel tubular truss of spacing 3.09m c/c with all accessories such as required purlin, bottom runner, bracing, trusses, cleat, base plate & other fittings of trusses & projection of rafter & purlin to gravel wall etc complete (only cost of Holding down bolt / Nut bolt will be borneby the Department) Span-(above 9m) 6 Manufacturing, supplying including fitting & fixing of the finished product in the worksite of complete M.S. rolling shutter made of 80 x 1.35 mm MS laths interlocked together through their entire length & joined together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets side guides & arrangement for inside & outside locking push & pull operation complete but incl. fixing of the top cover, ball bearing & spring etc. 7 100 x 100x 8 mm - MS angle 8 65 x 65 x 8 mm - MS angle 9 50 x 50x 5 mm- MS angle 10 Manufacturing & supplying of complete Steel door as per jail specification (specification is enclosed). 11 Manufacturing & supplying of completeSteel window as per jail specification (specification is enclosed) 12 Fabrication / repairing charge of old grill & other steel item. 13 Fabrication/repairing charge of old rolling shutter, collapsible gate etc. 14 Manufacturing & supplying of MS grill incl. arrow for boundary wall as per reqd. design &specification 15 Manufacturing, supplying incl.fabrication of minor shed for any output unit, stand (base) for water tank, sign board and other minor structure (No materials will be issued from department) 16 MS hard drawn steel wire fabric (75x25mm mesh weight not less than 7.75 Kg/ sqm). 17 Manufacturing & supplying of complete M.S. ornamental grill with square bar of size 20mm/ 25 mm. 18 Manufacturing & supplying of complete Steel window made with M.S. ornamental grill with square bar of size 20 / 25 mm including shutter frame but excluding shutter. 19 Manufacturing and supplying of MS chain link (made of GI wire,100 mm x 100 mm , 8 G) 20 water supply 21 water supply 22 water supply
