    Tender Details

    Tender For Following Requirement - Net Type Trailer Straw Collection net type trailer. Platform to be minimum size 3000mm long, 1800 wide, 900 high as per local RTO norms. MS fabricated trailer having Single axle - 90x90mm sq [min.] solid Two tyres about 9.00x16 and matching axle components as needed. Tyres make: - MRF, CEAT, GOOD YEAR, CEAT, APOLO, Bridge stone makes Suitable for about 10 ton loading; working behind 50 HP or above. Main chassis in MS channel minimum 200x75 mm heavy design with REAR SIDE TIPPING frame, mounting, pins etc as per need. Flooring in 4mm MS Sheet duly braced as per need. Side wall in 2mm MS Sheet duly braced as per need. Having rear & side doors open-able facility. Heavy duty double plate rims. Strong &sturdy Cl hub with double bearings, SKF or equivalent. Forged steel heavy duty toe eye minimum 65mm dia. Tubular hitch beam minimum 125x125 heavy section. With jack, REAR SIDE TIPPING cylinders, piping, couplings, fittings, mountings, bracings etc as per need. Hydraulic cylinder capacity minimum 10 ton, 35 inch long, Radhika, Bosch, Powerjack, Flowtech or equivalent make. Hydraulic cylinder with push type male connector Fully covered SS mash net [Jali] & GI Sheet fitted all around with MS bracings as per need so as to collect & trap maximum straw. Dome or rectangular shape side & top cover acceptable. With top quality corrosion resistant painting. Complete in all respects; ready to use version. RTO passing with one year insurance included. Minimum one year warranty included.
