IBR Approved Welder3. All pressure parts T.C. will be submitted to CIB4. Inlet of Air Side 5 Row Carton Steel As per 423 Grade A . 5. APH will be inspected at factory Side & lenght of tube to be examine.6. Both Work Duct plate (6mm) will be in scope of contractor 7. APH Testing will be done i.e.Smoke Test / Bottom side pluged. 8. All Inspection will be the scope of IBR contractor9. Only factory will deposit statary fees of Inspection 10. Boarding & lodging will be in the scope of contractor11. work as per factory act.12. Insurance of workers.13. Contracter will be responsible for any accident to their workers.14. Electricity charges for fabrication job will be done by factory.15. O2 gas & LPG gas as regd. for Fabrication work will be given by factory on chargeable basis with one week prior in timitation. 16. All radiography Boiler Inspector Ground Inspection & HT in the scope of contractor & Approval of Chief Inspector of boilrs Raipur will be Under Contrator Scope.17. All approval of IBR will be in the scope of contractor.18. Income Tax Certificate needed.19. Work Completed within - 8 to 9 Weeks from W.O. issue 20. Three Perforemance Certifcates of Boiler Manufacture/Reparing work.for recent 3 years. 21. All dismentling Tubes & Plates etc. will be shifted to scrape yard near store in the scope of contractor.22. if Delay - Deduction 1% per week subject to maximum 5% . 35 T.P.H., Walchandnager Boiler, Travelling Grate Replacement work. Heaving Experience of Similar Type of WorkScope of Works1. C.I. Fire Bar to be Replace.2. C.I. Tee Bar to be Replace.3. C.I. Split Shoe (Male & Female Type) to be Replace.4. Travelling Chain to be Replace.5. Travelling Shaft bush Bearing to be Replace.Terms & Conditions :-1. All Spare Parts Sample Collect from factory sites.2. All men power, T&P & consumables will be arranged by contractor. 3. Period of work - 6 to 8 weeks from W.O. issue 4. All Required Spare Parts on Scope of Contractor.5. work as per factory act.6. Insurance of workers.7. Contracter will be responsible for any accident to their workers.8. Electricity charges for fabrication job will be done by factory.9. Work deflection as per Schedule will be chargable.10. Advance etc. will be finalise at the time final discussion before order.11. if Delay - Deduction 1% per week subject to maximum 5% .
