tender for Construction work of dilapidated road from Baldevganj to Nikasa Tiraha Pyau in Kosi, ward no 15, 1 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. 2 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Providing, laying spreading & compactingof granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H clause 401 &as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges &including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.. 4 Supply & Laying ofprecast concrete Block ( Interlocking tiles) for paving of thickness 80 mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa as specified in IS:15658 and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work as specified in IS 15658:2006-,Inter Lock 80 mm Grey 5 inter Lock 80mm Coloured 6 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 7 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 8 12 mm cement plaster finished with mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 9 Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-25 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture,including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paidseparately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-25 is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately , Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer 10 Extra for providing and mixing hardening compound of approved quality as per manufacturers specification in cement concrete. 11 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 12 Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.) 13 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 14 Cartage of dismentled material 3km distance including loading & unloading etc. all complete 15 Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectiveglass beads on Bitumeneous /c.c. surface P/L of hot applied thermopalastic compound 2.5mm thick inlcuding reflectorsing glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The fiinsihed surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes.
