Plastering with Lime mortar 1:1.5,12mm thick (one Lime and one and half lime ) including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges,curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications. Painting two coat with approved water based Exterior Emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete as per specification. Dismantling, clearing away and carfully stacking materials useful for re use for any thirckness of walls Removing the existing chipping the concrete roughening surface etc. Providing and laying Flooring with cut stone slab of size 600mmX600mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and lobour charges for paving and Pointing With Lime Mortor1:1:5 etc complete. Providing Water wash and appropriate methodology to restore the originalities of the existing Granite structures inclusive of necessary scaffolding charges, conveyance and all hire charegs for all tools and plants and clearing the site after completeion of work etc., complete. Pointing the cut stone joints with Lime Mortor1:1.5 20 mm deep using red and yellow oxide and including cost of special tiles such brush and watering, curing etc complete, as per standard specifications. The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works. Supply and fixing of Horizontal type 4 way triple pole neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure with 40A 4 pole MCB isolater as incoming and 12 Nos. 6 A to 32 A SP MCB as outgoing in flush with wall and makinggood of the concealed portion with earth connection.
