Grouting the casing pipes including conducting proper yield test at final depth (by providing90 VNotch fitted in a formed channel and the correct yield at the time of free flow in the channel while flushing the bore after completion of drilling process should be ascertained of and reported )including Bore cover transportation. crew and fuel charges for rigs and supporting Vehicles from one place to another etc Complete and as directed by officers Concerned. 3 Supply and delivery of 160mm (CS)6KSCpvc casing pipe (PVC CASING PIPEAS PER IS 12818) for bore well including cost and conveyance of material and labour charge etc complete. 4 Earth Work excavated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard stiff clay black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders for foundation SS20B 5 P.C.C.1:4:8 mix using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including costand conveyance to site laying finishing curing etc., complete 6 Brick work in C.M.1:5,mix using best country bricksincluding cost and conveyance to site finishing,curing etc., complete. 7 Plastering with C.M 1:5,12 mm thick including cost and conveyance to site finishing curing etc., complete. 8 Painting two coats with approved cement paint over ane coat of priming coat over cement plastered exposed surface of the Reservoir including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete and as directed byDepartment Officers 9 Supply and delivery of 3phase 3 HP submercible motor suitable for 150 mm dia. Borewell with 125 lpm X 225 M head including cost and conveyance to site loading unloading and transporting and all labour charges etc., complete. 10 Supply and delivery of4 sq.mm flat type submercible copper cable as per Standardspecification including cost and conveyance to site etc., complete. 11 Supply and delivery of 40 mm diaUPVCmedium Class pipe including cost and conveyance to site loading and unloading etc., complete. 12 Supply and delivery of 1000 Litre capacity HDPE Tank including cost and conveyance to site loading and unloading etc., complete. 13 Supplying and fixing of MS box for fixing the meter board, panel board and main switch to a size of 75X35X60cm over the ex.masonry work with locking arrangements including cost and conveyance to site and all labour charges etc. 14 Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm(84/0.3) PVC insulated (Heavy Duty) SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 V Grade in 25mm GI Pipe suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains(SD72) 15 Supply and fixingof TNEB meter board suitable for 32 A Three phase service connection with (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1X1/8copper flat) on TW plank of size 600 mm X 450mm X 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1 tk.on either side with painting with suitable bolts and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit (SD 127) 16 Supplying and fixing of 16A aerial fuse unit(500A) on suitable 100mmX100mm TW concelled box with hylam sheet on the tapping pole with necessary clamps.
