Bids Are Invited For 3-Pole, 415V, 2000A Electric operated draw out type ACB, with retrofitting kit/ terminal adopter, accessories, protections and mandatory spares as per following details. 1) Specification Rated voltage (Ue): 415V Rated current (I.e): 2000A Rated insulation voltage (Ui):690V Uimp: 12KV Breaking capacity: 50kA Making capacity: 105kA @440V AC/415V AC Short time withstand rating: 50KA for 1 sec Icu= Ics=Icw for 1 sec Utilization Category: B ACB shall confirm to IEC: 60947-2, IS: 13947-2 Shunt trip coil: 110V DC, Closing coil: 110V DC, Spring charging Motor: 230V AC with 4NO+4NC aux contacts Breaker auxiliary Contacts: 4NO+4NC. Operation: Stored Energy operation. Additional specification: a) ACB with release shall have inbuilt LSING protection with Power Metering module. Selectable I t based curves for loading short-circuit and earth-fault protection. b) ACBs shall provide trip data history & event history for analysis. c) ACB hall have LED Display showing all Power & Energy Parameters (I, %loading, V, Freq, PF, W, VAr, VA, WH, VArh, Vah, etc.). d) Any auxiliary supply required to energize the release is in the scope of the supplier. e) Apart from the mechanical indications, provision of the following electrical indications shall be made with the ACB. 3 EA arbind.singh 180 These are ON, OFF, TRIP, READY to CLOSE, SPRING CHARGED, and TRIP CIRCUIT HEALTHY. f) Provision for external shunt trip signal shall be provided with the ACB. 2) Retrofitting Party has to retrofit the above ACB with the existing MPACT ACB having code-1620.
