Attending watch and ward duty at departmental building / jetty at eastern side / western side or other places of yard, day to day maintenance works such as repair and maintenance of electrical and plumbinginstallations provided in theKatchery Jetty & Eastern side Jetty arranging day to day running and maintenance of departmental electrically operated machineries / Crane,minor maintenance works as when required to residential and Non residential building & jetties, (Repairs to wearing coat, handrails, painting to bollard / crane,buoy etc.,) carpentry works, daily sweeping and cleaning of office, Work shop andjetties, providingoperator for cranefor all works,all assistance to port staff for providing gangwaywhileberthing of ships at eastern side as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including cost of all labour charges etc., complete.

Attending day to day maintenance works such as repair and maintenance of electrical and plumpinginstallations provided in the departmental residential Buildings, Office Buildings, Work Shop,Katchery Jetty, Eastern side Jetty, etc.Arranging day to day running and maintenance of departmental electrically operated machineries / Crane etc; as directed by the Engineering-In-Charge including cost of all labour charge but excluding cost of materials, minor tools etc. complete.
