Tender For Construction Of Borewell With Commissioning & Installation Submersible Motors , Nos15 PART A : Electrologging test and borewell yield test 1 Electrologging test of bore to demarcate water bearing zones and ascertating the stariners and blank pipes,cement sealing and quality of water etc. 15 Nos. of Bore wells 2 Conducting borewell yield test through authorised agency by pumping test method and submission of result. Pump test of tube well shall be carried out installing and running of submersible pump of adequate capacity minimum for 12 hrs. Quantity of water availability shall be assertained by constant discharge and step brought down methods as instructed. 12 Bore wells 3 Collection of water samples for chemical analysis in 5Ltrs PVC cans (to be arranged by contractror) including submission of the same for chemical analysis in standard Laboratory and submission of results as per our site engineers instructions for domestic use against IS standard requirements etc complete. 3 Bore wells SUB TOTAL (PART A ) PART B : Drilling of borewells and allied work activities 1 Drilling 250mm dia or above required size bore well in all type of strata by direct rotary rig including cost of bentonite powder, carting of rig etc.Drilling shall be done by mud flush rotary equipment with mud pump. (from 0 meter to 100 Meters) 1500 RM 2 Providing, supplying and singing of 165mm dia, 6kg/cm2, ISI make PVC pipes for borewells at site of work as below: (a) 165mm dia blank pipes 240 RM (b) 165mm dia strainer pipes having slot size 1.5MM TO 3MM depending upon size of aquifer materials. 1760 RM 3 Providing and supplying pebbles of size varying from 3/16 to 5/26 60 Cum 4 Development and flushing of bore well by compressor minimum for 6 to 8 Hrs till sand free discharge. 200 Hrs 165MM PVC pipe cap to cover the bore well till the installation of submercible pumps as required. 40 Nos. Note : The soil samples should be collected every three meters depth bore well or whenever there is change in formation. The discharge is to be measured while cleaning and flushing operation.The change in discharge is to be recorded properly. On completion of bore well the datas have to be submitted. SUB TOTAL (PART B ) PART C : Providing and installing submercible pump with cables & interconnections 1 Providing & installing electrical motor driven submersible pump set for 3 - phase, 5hp with fifteen stages or suitable rated capacity ( for 110 m vertical lift) and suitable capacity of Texmo/ CRI or Equivalent ISI approved make suitable for 150mm ID bore. 9 Set 2 Provding & installing electrical motor driven submersible pump set 3 - phase, 5hp with fifteen stages or suitable rated capacity ( for 110 m vertical lift + 840 m horizontal lead) and suitable capacity of Texmo / CRI or Equivalent ISI approved make suitable for 150mm ID bore. 6 Set 3 Providing laying testing and commissioning of PVC insulated flat cable of ISI approved Finolex or equivalent make of 3 core copper conductor of 4sqmm for submersible pump set indicated in item No:1 and 2 above including necessary clamps with all terminations, supplying and fixing of requisite size of tin plated coppr lugs and crimping/soldering the same to the conductor,both above ground and under ground as per site requirements.Supply and fixing of requisite Nos and sizes cable glands incl. excavation of trench and refilling of soil,providing sand bed ,brcks etc as per site requirements from submercible pump to the controle panel. 2400 RM 4 Providing and laying 50mm ID or suitable dia.
