    Tender For Supply of Miscellaneous Materials for maintenance of different R.L.I schemes under Kalyani (Agri-Mechanical) Division , Kalyani,Nadia- 1 Supply of End seal block for 63 amp main switch - GSC make.(As per Sample Provided). 2 Supply of 150 X 150 mm nominal diametre Centrifugal Pump as per IS 6595 (Part-I)/1993, suitable for 20 to 24 HP prime mover, Having minimum discharge 200 cubic meter per hour at 18 Mtr Head and rated RPM-1500. Minimum eficiency of pump should be 76% .- Venus make 3 Supply of Gun Metal Bush suitable for 150×150 mm diafor Crompton(New) Water Pump conforming to IS 318/1981 Matching with the Crompton(New) Water Pump Shaft(As per Sample Provided). 4 Supply of Cast Iron Impeller made from Gray Cast Iron conforming to IS 210/1978 & Grade F-200 Matching with the 150×150 mm dia for Kirloskar (New) Water Pump (As per Sample Provided). 5 Supply of Nuts & Bolts : G.I. Hexagonal head bolt and nuts bearing IS:1363 (Part-I)/1992 of Product Grade -C with latest amendments for bolts & IS-1363 (part-3)/1992 of product Grade C with latest amendments for nuts properties/ Clause for bolts- 4.6 & for nuts- 4.5. Both bolts & nuts are to be duly ISI Certification marked with 2 nos plain MS washer.M 12x 65 mm [Number of bolt in 50 Kg = 517 nos] 6 M 12x 50 mm [Number of bolt in 50 Kg = 557 nos]
