Bids Are Invited For 1 Supply and Installation of Wooden wall partition with sound damping : Providing and fixing full height partition made of 45mm x 45mm properly seasoned hard wood square section framework @ 600mm c/c, cladding with 12mm thick BWR ( confirming to IS : 1328) TP, BP, phenol bonded plyboard fixed on both sides of the framework, as approved upto true ceiling, as per design insulated with premium grade 48mm thick resine bonded rock wool IS 8183 sheet of 48kg/cum all complete. 1mm ISI grade laminate to be used for finish, and creation of Glass counter along with 8mm toughened glass panels as per the approved drawings, counter shelf of 15 depth from 19mm thick BWR ply as required and finished with 1mm ISI grade laminate on both side, all exposed edges to be covered with PVC lipping as per direction of the department. 240 sft 2 Supply and Installation of Wooden Flush Door fabricated from 32mm BWR TP, BP, board made out of high quality wood core and are bonded with special quality Phenol formalde- hyde synthetic resin as per the guide lines of IS:2202. finished with 1mm laminate on both side along with framing as required and all premium (Hattic/Haffle/Godrej) SS hardware, hinges, tower bolts, locks and handles, door closers etc. all edges should be polished as per direction of department. 21 sft 3 Supply and Installation of fixed-level gypsum ceiling covered with 18mm BWR ply conforming with IS 710 on ceiling board as per manufacturers specifications include all fastening accessories with approved finishes. Ceiling boards shall be made of IGL, Saint Gobain, India Gypsum make and shall render a NRC level of 0.75 - 0.85. Suspension system shall be done with hanger bar, intermediate channel and ceiling section as per manufacturers specification. Installation to comprise of main intermediate channels spaced at 600mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffit by approved hangers at 600mm maximum centres & not more than 150mm from spliced joints. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. Rate to include all cutouts / filling for lights and other services as required at site as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge. The Control unit is made of high strength reinforced plastic.The clutch is of wrap spring design. High carbon steel springs are provided to transmit motion from driving to driven members of clutch mechanism. Clutch is operated directionally by the use of endless beaded chain. Idler:Idler is of high strength reinforced plastic, consisting of a centre shaft. The idler is mounted on the bracket by using a plastic lock. The metals leeve inside the plastic lock provides bearing surface for the centre shaft, which rotates freely, providing smooth, quiet and long wearing operation. Head rail: It is an aluminium extrudedrail Powder coated in white. Control unit and Idler are mounted on the Head rail with powder coated M.S. brackets. Roller tube: It is an anodized extruded tube of high strength alloy. Control unit and Idler are fixed to the either ends of the tube. The fabric of the blind is fitted to the tube with heavy duty adhesive tape. Bottom rail: It is an aluminium extruded rail with a groove for fixing the fabric and powder coated in white. It is fixed to the bottom of the fabric and the purpose of it is keep the fabric in tension and straight. The fabric is fitted to the tube using plastic insert. The end caps of the tube are ABS. Operating chain: This is made of 4.5 mm plastic beads moulded on 2.2 mm thick polyester chord. The pitch of the beads is 6mm. The chain drives the sprockets of the control unit to close and open the blind. The pitch of the chain corresponds to the sprocket in perfect match for trouble free operation. Fixing brackets & clamps: These are used to fix the blind to the wall o rceiling .L bracket is made of mild steel and zinc plated. The clamp is made up of spring steel of thickness O.6 mm and zinc plated. etc. Fabric degree of opacity 100%, thickness 0.65mm, weight 415gm / square meter, 100% polyester composition all complete as per Consultants drawing, Specification and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.
