    Tender For Replacement Of 28 Ton Capacity Vacuum Crystallizer By 50 Ton-- 1 Replacement of 28 Ton capacity vacuum crystallizer by 50 ton: 2 Supply, Dismantling, Erection and Commissioning of 50 Ton vacuum Crystallizer with all accessories in all respect:- Vacuum crystallizer capacity -50 ton, body shell thickness 12 mm., Dead end plate thickness - 16 mm, Central Shaft Dia Pipe- 500 mm., Shaft Plate Thickness - 12 mm. with solid shaft drive & non drive side, Riban Size 100 x 20 mm., Riban arm 125 x 12 mm., T. Drive Side Plumber Block & Both end roller bearing with plantary drive motor 3.5 KW. RPM - 0.33, Both end plate strengthing with ISMC-200 One column with double beam is to be made with ISMB-300, Column Height - 13 mtr. Tie beam - ISMB 350 ISMB-200 for staging as per requirement, Glass washing coil with 1” ball valve make - crane two nos. manholes size 600 mm., Sight glass - 6 nos. Penumatic valve Puri Make size 200 mm - 01 nos. Butter fly valves size 100 mm - 03 nos., 200 mm connection to main cutover line, 100 mm vacuum line connection with existing system 1100 mm water line connection with existing system. Fabrication work will be start after approved the GA Drawing., Note:- Following jobs in the scope of party. Dismantling Work - Existing 28 ton vacuum crystallizer along with accessories, Erection and Commissioning- 50 ton vacuum crystallizer along with all accessories in all respect and complete trial of vacuum crystallizer
