Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - CIVIL RENOVATION JOBS FOR 6 NOS OF A TYPE QUARTERS IN SSP TOWNSHIP - Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, machine cut & edge moulded granite slab of black galaxy color & texture for kitchen counter top, platforms, sills etc and similar locations of required size, laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 coment: 4 coarse sand), Joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. including providing necessary holes/cuttings for connetions complete as directed (cement alone will be issued free of cost by S5P). Providing and fixing of 18 mm (min.) thick vertical first que nrror polished, machine cut granite sink (Black Galaxy) of min. size 24 x 18 x 10 inches including nosing wherever required., joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, Coxy touch ups and polishing the joints and edges to give even finish, including supplying & fixing Ci Erackets CP 32mm Waste Coupling, waste pipe & other required accessories etc as directed by engineer in charge (cement alone will be issued free of cost by SSP). Removal of the existing stoneware drain pipe and disposing of the removed materials in to the low lying area, Providing & fixing drain pipe of 90mm dia PVC fres of all heights & decends from Kitchen sink to sanitation pit including nessecary earthwork/trenching & refilling with all plain/threaded PVC fittings like PVC Bend, Door tee, Elbow, Bend, Air Covitil,75mm PVC trap,SS Gratings, Clamps, other asseccories etc including fixing the pipe with clamps at 10mm spacing and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints con plete etc, as directed by engineer in charge (cement alone will be issued free of cost by SSP). Supply of following specialized/ unskilled labours for directions of Engineer-In-Charge (Payment is based on cet calensous/unforeseen jobs as per attendence & PF record). (Per day shall be calculated for 8 hrs of work duration). Requcrl, reinforcement steel, sand, aggregate etc will be issued free of cost by SSP. a) Specialized manpower for masonry/finishing civil jobs/csy works etc b) Helper Chipping/Hacking the existing floor/wall in the Kitchen/toilet/Luthroom area and disposing of the removed materials in to the low lying area, etc., complate and as dctted by the engineer incharge.
