Tender For Mechanical Repair Works In Csp At Co & Ccp. => Limited; ITEM NO. 1 ITEM NO. 2 ITEM NO. 3 ITEM NO. 4 ITEM NO. 5 ITEM NO. 6 ITEM NO. 7 Cond No Repair/modification to mild steel/manganese steel lining plates in bunkers, bins hoppers, chutes, troughs etc., by dismantling worn out/ corroded/damaged plates, liners stacking at places designated by the Engineer, bending, cutting to shape, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position in plain and curved lining plates as per site dimensions/ drawings, specifications and as directed by engineer including drilling holes/countersunk holes. All other materials like consumables, tools, tackles, scaffolding etc., are to be arranged by the contractor. Fabricated and erected liner plates only shall be measurable for payment for this item. Dismantling of all types of structural work, pipe lines etc., and stacking the same outside the building at a place indicated by Engineer Incharge. Repair/modifications to structural work at all locations by dismantling corroded/damaged structural steel work stacking at places designated by the engineer and fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all heights and depths above or below ground level structural steel work as per site dimensions/ drawing and as directed by the Engineer. The materials like consumables, tools and tackles etc., transportation, scaffolding etc., are to be arranged by the contractor. Fabricated and erected steel work only shall be measurable for payment. The rate includes for dismantling and stacking, which will not be measured for payment. Fabrication & fixing of modified skirt rubber fixing arrangement and change of skirt rubber (modified fixing arrangement can be done at site in conveyors) a) Enabling works for taking of takeup for ropes changing b) Changing of the wire of the takeup. c) Overhauling of rope pullies of the takeup. d) Overhauling of the takeup pulley of the system. e) Checking alignment, repair and adjustment of the takeup, structure pulley and wire rope pulleys position so that takeup moves freely. f) Any repair for rope pulley mounting brackets, counter weight structures etc., g) Any other incidental work in connection with the above works. Drive pulley replacement includes transportation of new pulley to site, Revisioning of coupling, cutting & refixing of drive drum hood, removal of old pulley, fixing of new pulley and alignment with respect to drive and all incidental works as may be required for changing the pulley and transportation of the old pulley to the place as directed by the Engineer. a) Dismantling the hood of the crushers removing the old worn out segments; opening the bearing housings and removing the rotor; shifting to ARS for changing of the bearing and built up of shaft; journal areas if required... more in document
