    Tender For Pneumatic Operated 150 Nb Elastomer Based Knife Gate Valve Assembly 1 150NB Knife Gate valve complete assemblies shall be supplied with double acting linear pneumatic cylinders as per the drawing AHS/NTPL/061/2017 to replace the existing valves at site. Each valve shall be supplied along with 3 sets of Pneumatic Cylinder Seal Kits. 2 Pneumatic cylinder as per cylinder details in drawing AHS/NTPL/061/2017 , Bore/stroke: 150/200 mm, Double acting type cylinder. 3 Sliding plate details: thickness - 6 mm, MOC - SS 316. 4 MOC of Elastomer, secondary seal and gaskets - EPDM 5 Test pressure: 1.5 Ksc & 18 inch vacuum 6 Working pressure: 380 mm of Hg vacuum 7 Maximum operating Temperature: 150 Degree Centigrade 8 Interchangeability certificate shall be submitted along with supply. Note: The existing valve detailed drawing along with cylinder details are enclosed for reference. The following drawing dimensions can be taken in to account for ensuring Interchangeability. (NTPL/AHS/147/2020- Pneumatic Cylinder For 150Nb Knife Gate Valve and NTPL/AHS/146/202 0-150NB Elastomer Based Knife Gate Valve). Site visit allowed to see the present valves and sample can be taken as per NTPL terms
