General Information: • This job includes Phase array ultrasonic test (PAUT) for pipes weld joint for all pipes irrespective of various services. • Pipelines laid over the above ground pipe racks, which cater various media <(>&<)> utilities to Upstream plant facilities such as Blast Furnace-2<(>&<)>3, HSM-2, SMP3, Sinter plant 2<(>&<)>3 etc. • Pipe materials includes CS/SS with outer diameter of pipes varies from 15 MM to 3424MM at elevation of 0-30 Mtr. • These Pipelines shall be of various grades and standards and welded with different types of pipe fittings as applicable. • The pipe fabrication yard shall be near AMNS Port area as well as the Inter Plant Pipe Rack at erection site inside AMNSI plant premises, are the area for carrying out PAUT under the scope of Contractor. Contractor’s Scope: - • Qualified and Certified <(>&<)> Experienced NDT Level-ll in PAUT inspector along with one Level I Assistant. • The technician performing result interpretation must be Level II certified in PAUT, trained <(>&<)> experienced in analysing PAUT images. • 12 Hrs Coverage with all required Safety Appliances. Calibrated PAUT Equipment, Probes, Cables, Charger with Additional battery backup with required accessories <(>&<)> Consumables. Computer System and Printer for Reporting etc as applicable as Hard copy and soft copies of analysis report of each joint. • Gate Pass, transportation (Local conveyance), Accommodation <(>&<)> all legal Compliance like PF, ESIC, WC Policy, PH, Leave, Week off etc., • Specific Penalty for non-performance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. • All required tools and tackles will be in vendor scope and shall be calibrated by Third Party Inspection Agency and shall submit to AMSI prior to the commencement of work. • Before the start-up of PAUT job, detail method statement (SOP) along with Job safety Analysis shall be approved by AMNSI Safety and Project. Day wise permit to Work shall be taken from AMNSI. • Permit holder and applicant shall be from contractor side. • Vendors must follow all safety norms as per AMNSI policy. • People working at height must have valid height pass. • All mandatory <(>&<)> required PPEs for Inspectors and Helper shall be provided by the contractor. • Contractors shall strictly follow all safety norms <(>&<)> standards. • Damaged, Non-standard PPEs, Non-Standard Tools and Tackles items shall not be allowed to use at site. • 1 dedicated m/c should be provided. • Contractor should perfororm PAUT as per AMNSI timings.
