    Erection/ Installation Of Dressed-Up Equipment, Alignment Of Stripper Column Equipment No. 03-Cc-00-052 (1007827)-ERECTION OF DRESSED-UP EQUIPMENT AND ALIGNMENT:Stripper Column Equipment no. 03-CC-00-052 - 3.5M (D) x 35M (L) x 110 MT (Weight)Transportation of columns and vessels from owners storage point to work site, dressing up of the column/vessel by contractor, assembly of parts, subassemblies, erection at all elevations, aligning, verticality checking, grouting, tightening of foundation bolts, welding of washer on anchor chairs, arranging all tools, tackles, machinery, consumables, erection of completely dressed-up equipment, & arranging all instruments, labour, ancillary, etc. to complete the work in all respects as per drawings, equipment detail, specifications and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.Dressing up of column(As applicable as per the requirement of the tender):Installation of ladders and platforms, installation of piping spool and support (wherever applicable), installation of internal demister, pipe davit etc on the Column/Vessel, to complete the job in all respects as per the requirements of the specifications & standards attached elsewhere in the tender.Mobilization of required Crane of suitable capacity, trailing cranes, assembly of Cranes/ trailing cranes, all other required Tools & Tackles and supply of all other materials/ arrangement required for safe erection of Equipment. Quoted rates also include providing sand bags, sleepers, steel plates, crane mats and supply & placing of liner plates etc. as required for safe placement of equipment at site before erection and providing protection/ preservation against damage/ rain during construction/installation. => Limited
