    Tender For REWIRING WORK OF MAIN PANEL BOARD, 1 Dismantling of internal wiring of the Electrical / Electronics components. Removing damage components. Keeping the dismantledcomponent/wire in the safe place given by CHINI MILL , 2- Rewiring of the Panel with new Supplied Copper wire of 1.5sqmm for control wiring and 2.5sqmm for the CT/PT and Control power supply, Cleaning the breaker and greasing the teeth of the Breaker. SCOPE OF SUPPLY1. Internal panel wire of Red/Yellow/Blue colour, 2. Wiring related item such as cable Tie, lug etc., 3. New components for damage Item Relay, Contactors, CT, etc. 4. Cable Tray of internal wiring.5. As Built wiring Drawing. All the Item supplied will be as per the approved makelist/Subject to taking Concern of the Maintenance team. SCOPE OF WORK1. Internal wiring of the panel. 2. Painting of the panel with Spray Paint bottle. 3. Testing of the panel/Breaker(This shall be done as per discussion with the Client),4. Breaker testing and cleaning with Changing of busbar teeth and internal components,5. Testing and commissioning of the System after taking concerned of the Client in written protocol. 2 All the Item supplied will be as per the approved makelist/Subject to taking Concern of the Maintenance team.
