saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 3 Disposal of Lime, moorum, building rubbish.upto 3.00 KM. 20 % voids shall be deducted. 4 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil 5 Felling trees of girth measured at a height of 1 M. above ground level including cutting of trunks and branches and stacking Jeevan Nursing Home to back of Nawab Singh College) to make free from jalkumbhi & other un-wanted vegitation, floating material etc. and then burning the same after drying including all labour material T&P required for proper completion of the work. 21 Cleaning of kachcha drain by echanical/manual device,banking excavated sludge on the sides of the drain lead upto 50mt. & lift upto 1.5Mt. 22 Carriage of sludge by mechanical transport/tractor trolley including loading unloading etc. complete upto a distance of 2K.M. 23 Cleaning of U shape culvert under railway line near truck gate including making bundh with gunny bage filled with earth on upstream, as well as dgwn stream of culvert. All safety arrangement for the labour will have to be taken by the contractor at his own cost and risk to clean the underground culvert including all labour, T&P special T&P such as gum boots etc. required for proper completion of the work, including disposal of sludge beyond the colony/power house premises within 07 days. 24 Removing polythen bags/boulders/ other abstacted culverts/jaals of various main drains of new colony & main drains going upto ganga canal by engaging sufficient labour, T&P, etc. required for proper completion of work. Removed garbage shall be dumped outside the premises of colony. 25 Providing diesel trolley 10 H.P. on hire basis with pump,float valve, hose pipe etc. complete with one operator & one helper along with cost of diesel, whole oil, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work,(for one pump set of 08 hrs.running period of pump shall be treated as one day for payment purpose) (for this work minimum 02 Nos. pump set will be installed at 02 different location) 26 Sweeping of road and side patteries including removal of vegetation, sweeping of pointed bitumen surface brick on edge of road upto side drain.for double lane road (frequency 156) 27 Sweeping of road and side patteries including removal of vegetation, sweeping of pointed bitumen surface brick on edge of road upto side drain. for single lane road (frequency 156) 28 Sweeping of road and side patteries including removal of vegetation, sweeping of pointed bitumen surface brick on edge of road upto side drain.for back side road(frequency 156) 29 Supply and laying white lime powder in straight line with help of along with the road sides. 30 Cleaning of septic tank and including of waste out side the colony area as per direction of E/I including cost of all labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work 31 Disposal of dead body of animal. Disposal of big animal like cow, buffalo etc. 32 Disposal of dead body of animal. Disposal of small animal like cat,dog etc. 33 Round the clock cleaning of project hospital including sweeping, washing of toilet, floors and drains of all the rooms, galleries & wards including all material & T&P(phynyle,vim duster,napthalene balls/odonil including sufficient man power(notless than 4 Nos.) to ensure proper cleanlesness as per complete satisfaction of Dy.CMO/E.I including cleaning of jungle/grass of entire campus & including cleaning of drains & disposal of garbage to nearest dustbin. 34 Sweeping cleaning & mopping all floors with broom/Cloth and also including wet wash with phenyle or approved germicide daily at all floors, staircase,staircase railing & window, roof, common area of multistory tower. Including all material, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work 49 Cleaning grass and removal of the rubbish upto dustbin outside the periphery of thr area cleared
