Deep cleaning with scrubbing machine to be done monthly once for each accommodation. ·,,Dry mopping of all utilities areas. ·,,Staircase Terrace, parking area lobby porch cleaning to be done. ·,,Terrace be cleaned once in 15 days. During monsoon the cleaning work to be done on weekly basis. ·,,Upkeep of all utilities by way of cleaning all equipment. ·,,Cleaning of toilets and sanitary fittings in common accommodation as well as common area and office. ·,,All cleaning related logbooks, checklists, material and staff monitoring systems. ·,,Dry moping of the approach areas to be done daily. ·,,Cleaning of light fixtures on monthly basis ·,,Removal of cob webs to be done on a weekly basis. ·,,Polishing of brass / copper fixtures to be done on monthly basis. ·,,Cleaning and upkeep of all signage’s, hoardings etc. to be done weekly. ·,,Cleaning of mirrors, glass doors, glass windows, etc. to be done on weekly basis. ·,,Garbage collection from individual unit. ·,,Ensuring the Segregated garbage collection from all accommodations ·,,Emptying all waste bins, ashtrays (if applicable) from all accommodations, and washing or wiping them clean with damp cloth, ·,,All waste from wastepaper baskets will be collected and deposited in the building’s waste containers. ·,,Cleaning of Roads to be carried out. ·,,Will provide hand towels and other necessary materials for guest.
