Bids Are Invited For Electric Cabling Service - Laying of cable EPR Insulated Low Halogen Low Smoke (LHLS) sheathed cable 50 Pair X 1.5mm2, Control and instrumentation along with supervision in radiation area and non-radiation area of RAPS-5&6, Scope of job as per Annexure-1 Cable laying of PEEK Insulated Sheathed Cable 20 Core X 1.5mm2, 10 Pair Control and instrumentation along with supervision in radiation area and non-radiation area of RAPS-5&6, Scope of job as per Annexure-1 Cable laying Fire Survival Instrumentation Cable 2 Pair X 1.5mm2 or 0.75 mm 2, and cable 1 Pair to 3 Pair, 5 pair (1,2,3, 5 Pair cables) Control and instrumentation along with supervision in radiation area and non-radiation area of RAPS-5&6, Scope of job as per Annexure-1 Cable laying of Fire Survival Instrumentation Cable 20 Pair X 1.5mm2. Control and instrumentation along with supervision in radiation area and non-radiation area of RAPS-5&6, Scope of job as per Annexure-1 Cable laying of Co-axial, RG-11, OFC, UTP, STP,CAT cable, 1core (10&16 sq.mm.) and other similar cables OD sizes up to 20 mm.,Control and instrumentation along with supervision in radiation area and non-radiation area of RAPS-5&6, Scope of job as per Annexure-1, Annexure-1 Laying of control cables (LHLS/Co-Axial/FS/PEEK/FRLS/ETFE/RG-11/OFS cables etc.) in radiation and non-radiation area, cable sizes are as mentioned in indent and to be laid in exiting tray & its including the installation of MS bracket by anchor, clamps, spacer, fastening hardware and light channel, conduit (Cabling between sensors to FJBs/Field panels and FJBs/ Field panels to MJBs and MJB to control room).The cable are to be laid during BSD of respective unit. (Proposed quantity is laying of cables for both unit i.e. RAPS unit-5&6). Contract period is for 24 Months from the date of issue of Purchase order. However, execution of work will be carried out in BSD of respective Units. BSD of Unit-5 is schedule in between October to December 2024 and BSD of Unit-6 is October -2025 to December 2025. Execution of jobs of respective unit is expected to be completed within 40 days of BSD. For the SAPMS cables will be laid during BSD period of respective unit and Other than SAPMS if cable are required to lay than contractor will be communicate before one month of the start of job and Clarence shall be given for laying of control cables to the contractor with one month before of the job execution. Following job will be the scope of work for contractor:- a) Bringing cables from store to respective unit of RAPS-5&6. b) Insulation resistance (IR) checking of each cable wire. c) Breaking of fire barrier in control equipment room (CER). d) Breaking of fire barrier in reactor auxiliary building (RAB). e) Cable laying from CER to RAB. f) Breaking of EP (imbedded part) in ICW & OCW of reactor building (RB). g) Cable laying from RAB to RB. h) IR checking from CER to RB wires of each cable. i) Sealing of EP in ICW &OCW of RB with department supervision j) Sealing of fire barrier in RAB & CER with department supervision k) Preparation of cable mould for laying of cable through cable EP with department supervision l) The following shall be provided by the Contractor for execution of the job :  Drill machine  Hilti machine  Punch  All the Tools required to carrying out job satisfactorily, such as different types of screwdriver, drilling machine, knockout punch etc. m) The contractor scope includes removal & re-installation of cable tray covers, drilling of suitable holes in fire barriers, laying, dressing and clamping of cables. n) The contractor scope includes removal & re-installation of EPs of Inner Containment Wall and Outer Containment Wall, laying, dressing and clamping of cables. o) The cable shall generally be installed in ladder/perforated type tray. The cables shall be neatly laid touching each other and/or previously laid cables without interlacing & crossings. The bending radius for the cable shall not be less than 8 times the diameter of the cables at any point in the route. p) All cable shall be tagged with the number at their entrance and/or exit from any equipment and also at both sides of wall and floor crossing. q) The cable shall be protected at all times from mechanical injury and from absorption of water at unprotected ends. r) The deployed manpower shall be able to complete all the scope of work independently and shall have suitable technical expertise of laying of cables and preparation of mould for laying of cable EP and breaking and sealing of fire barrier through suitable compound. Annexure-2 The following material shall be in the scope of NPCIL for execution of the job:  Cable  Cable tags.  Cable trays.  Aluminum mould block.  Shrinkable sleeve.  Poly sulphide compound gun grade.  Siporex compound for fire barrier filling.  Test instrument like Megger & Multi meter.  Epoxy Resin and hardener (araldite).  Scaffolding.  Transmitters & its mounting brackets and hardware.  NPCIL will supervise for Sealing of EP in ICW &OCW of RB  NPCIL will supervise of sealing of fire barrier in RAB & CER  NPCIL will supervise for preparation of mould for laying of cable EP and breaking and sealing of fire barrier through suitable compound  MS bracket by anchor, clamps, spacer, fastening hardware and light channel, conduit Total Quantity :
