Outside Diameter : 45Mm 2.Thickness : 1.20Mm/18Swg3.Length :2010 Mm 4.Material : Ss Erw Tube As Per Astm 249 5.Grade : Ss Tp 304Material Composition : 1. Chromium : 18-20% 2. Nickel : 8-11 % 3. Manganese : 2% 4.Carbon : 0.08% Max 5.Si : 1.00 % Max6. P : 0.045% Max7. S : 0.03% Max Terms And Conditions : 1. Tube Are To Be Hydralically Tested To 1000 Psi 2. Manufacturer Only To Apply.3. Manufacturer Material Test Certificate Should Be Produced At The Time Of Supply. 4.Tubes Are To Be Tested For Material Composition By Nabl Accredited Lab. 5.Sugar Mill Will Test The Tube In Nabl Accredited Labratory And The Result Is The Final. If The Composition Values Not Satisfying The Tubes Will Be Rejected. 6. Tube Manufacturer Give Warranty For 2 Crushing Season For Any Manufacturing Defects And May Be Replaced With Free Of Cost. 7.
