tender for Providing & Fixing of Temperature Indicator and Oil Temperature Indicator for 40MVA Transformer alongwith other associated works at 132KV SAS Substation Ujhani under Electricity Transmission Division Budaun against E-Tender No. 01/ETC(B)/2024-25, 1 Providing & Fixing of Temperature Indicator and Oil Temperature Indicator for 40MVA Transformer alongwith other associated works at 132KV SAS Substation Ujhani under Electricity Transmission Division Budaun, with all cost of men, misc. consumables, normal & special t&psetc required to be arranged by agency for satisfactory completion of the Supply, with all due care of safety & precautions as per technical specifications and direction of the supervising engineer, as per details below : 2 Replacement of Oil Temperature Indicator alongwith itsRepeater Dial Indicator as per sample provided (existing specifications :02 Micro Switches, 10 Meter long Capillary Tube, Temperature Range 0DegC - 150DegC, Model No. 1002, Serial No : 07-2740/3 of Precimeasure Controls) installed on 40 MVA T/F I while ensuring the compatibility of replaced OTI during its replacement . The work includes providing and fixing of Oil Temperature Indicator for replacementwith following specifications or any other equivalent : Model 1007H with 2 micro switches (Option 2, Contact rating 15A @ 250V AC, 5A @ 250V DC), 25 meters capillary length with builtin RTD Sensor, CCU and External Remote Indicator Model 2245H-T2 with 2 Nos of 4-20mA DC output, Range 0-150 deg C, Auxiliary supply 90-260V AC/DC, Union 1/2 BSP Male. Remote Indicator Drg No. 8000-17/R2, As per O.A Drg No.3352/R1, Wiring Drg No.3336-P1, Sensing bulb Drg No. 1088/R1, Scheme Drg No. 6700-417/R2 of Precimeasure make or any other equivalent make while ensuring the adherance to above mentioned ratings and specifications set by the equivalent make company. 3 Replacement of Winding Temperature Indicator alongwith itsRepeater Dial Indicator as per sample provided (existing specifications :04 Micro Switches, 10 Meter long Capillary Tube, Temperature Range 0DegC - 150DegC, Model No. 1002, Serial No : 07-2741/1 of Precimeasure Controls) installed on 40 MVA T/F I while ensuring the compatibility of replaced WTI during its replacement . The work includes providing and fixing of Winding Temperature Indicator for replacementwith following specifications or any other equivalent : Model 1007H with 4 micro switches (Option 2, Contact rating 15A @ 250V AC, 5A @ 250V DC), 25 meters capillary length with builtin RTD Sensor, CCU and External Remote Indicator Model 2245H-T2 with 2 Nos of 4-20mA DC output, Range 0-150 deg C, Auxiliary supply 90-260V AC/DC, Union 1/2 BSP Male. Gradient 2A, 15 deg C. Remote Indicator Drg No. 8000-17/R2, As per O.A Drg No.3352/R1, Wiring Drg No.3336-P6, Sensing bulb Drg No. 1088/R1, Scheme Drg No. 6700-417/R2 of Precimeasure make or any other equivalent make while ensuring the adherance to above mentioned ratings and specifications set by the equivalent make company. 4 Work of removal of old and damaged Winding Temperature Indicator alongwith its Repeater Dial from Transformer Panel and RTCC panel by opening the nut of capillary tube and keeping all the other connections safe followed by installation of new Winding Temperature Indicator alongwith its External remote Indicator with all manpower, material, ferrules, lugs of any kind, cable glands and T&C etc required to be provided by the contractor at his own cost. The work to be carried out by the authorised sevice/commissioning engineer of the company whose OTI & WTI has been provided. 5 Work of removal of old and damaged Oil Temperature Indicator alongwith its Repeater Dial from Transformer Panel and RTCC panel by opening the nut of capillary tube and keeping all the other connections safe followed by installation of new Oil Temperature Indicator alongwith its External remote Indicator with all manpower , material, ferrules, lugs of any kind, cable glands and T&C etc required to be provided by the contractor at his own cost.The work to be carried out by the authorised sevice/commissioning engineer of the company whose OTI & WTI has been provided.
