tender for Work of increasing Capacity from 2X63MVA to 2X63+1X40MVA with Construction of transformer Bay and other associated works at 132 KV Sub Station Mathura-IIUnder ETD, Mathura, 1 Construction of 132/33KV, 40 MVA Transformer bay ,Shifting & Erection of 2 Nos capacitor bank & Replacement of Single Zebra to Double Zebra ACSR for 33 KV Main Bus 2 Erection of main and auxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structure required for installation of Jack busbar isolators, P.I., CVTs., L.As. and all other equipments. The job consists of shifting of all material i.e. conductor, fittings, structure parts, nuts, bolts, washer etc. from store to site of erection, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolt. Matching of holes, cutting, matching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. App. 600 Km and Unloading of carriage structure from the trucks/trailor at 132KV Mathura-II Under ETD Mathura.Its sorting, counting and proper stacking at the S/S premises as per direction of supervisory engineer to complete the job satisfactorily (Appr. weight of 9.934MT) 48 Dismantling of complete capacitor bank including jack bus & structure (ALP 11NO, ABL-6 NO), CCM-6 No., CGM-4 No. series reactor oil filled - 04 Nos& dry type -06NCT-04 Nos., PT3-Phase -02 Nos. capacitor bank cells 04 unit, Circuit Breaker- 02 No, CT-06 No, Bus isolator -02 No, Line isolator -04 No, BCT-01 . etc. Opening of cable termination at CB and , CT end, PT end , opening of inter connection/jumper capacitor bank bay between 33 KV bus to BI to CB to CT to LI to capacitor Bank etc by opening earthing and shifting dismantled material from site to store /designated place with in S/S boundry and other associated work to complete the job satisfactory as per direction of supervising Engineer. 49 Erection ofcapacitor bank unit (1X5 MVAR) by erecting its structure with the help of post insulators, Nut and bolts and then fixing of cells properly and jumpering betweeneach cells and all other associated works required for completion ofjob satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer. 50 Preparation of Inter connection/wiring diagram and cable schedule as per drawing to complete the job of cable termination of capacitor bank completely 51 Providing and fixing of retro reflective sign board of size 3ftx2ft made out of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to fully covered with 3M DG cube retro reflective sheet of green colour. The letters and symbols shall be computer cut and in white colour. Board is to be supplied along with the back support from of size 35x35x5mm & two legs for grouting. Backside of aluminum sheet shall be painted with stove enamel black paint for new 40 MVA, 132/33KVTransformer-I. Language for writing will be provided by the department (UPPTCL). 52 Fabrication of hut type fire bucket stand made of MS angle of size 40x40x6 mm and ISI mark MS roofing sheet, having arrangment for hanging 10 buckets. All the metal surfaces should be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of first quality post office red synthetic enamel paint of Asian Paints/Nerolac/Berger. FIRE in 25 cm should be written in white color on the top of the both side of roof after painting in red colour. All the material including MS angle shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 53 Providing fire buckets of 9 ltr capacity as per IS 2546, buckets should be painted inside by white and outside by post office red colour; ear and handle by black color with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint afterone coat of red oxide, from Asian Paints/Nerolac/Berger. FIRE and avkx in 10 cm font in white color should be written on opposite sides of buckets. All the material shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 54 Shifting ,loading,carrage.unloading & shifting of 20 KL capacity T/f oil empty tank from Any S/S under ETD Mathnura At 132 kv S/s mathura-II. 55 Erection of HV /LV bushing for SFRA test after dismantling of 40 MVA Transformer turret of HV/N testing with Tertiary and neutral bushing. 56 Shifting of main tank of 40 MVA,132/33 KV transformer from unloading place to the plinth distance about 20 meter including turning of tank, if required , including all T&P and all other works required to complete the job satisfactorily. 57 Additional shifting of approx. 5 Mtrs or part thereof. if any. 58 Complete erection of 40 MVA capacity transformer by erection of radiators conservator tanks, all bushing, turrets, connecting oil pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, RTCC panel, etc to complete the job satisfactory. 59 Erection of 40 MVA T/F, 132/33 KV RTCC Panel 60 Centrifuging of transformer oil in transformermain tank for 72 hours by 10 KL/Hour capacity centrifuging machine, to be arranged by the contractor alongwith operator and taking the B.D.V values of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer. 61 Earthing of 40 MVA T/F HV and LV Neutrals, Body, Marshaling box, Drive mechanism etc. with 75X10/50X6 MS flat (To be provided by department) including, bending, cutting & welding etc. 62 Delta earthing for 40 MVA T/F after fabrication of delta set with3 nos. 40mm/36mm dia size 3 mtrs. long electrodes their placing inside the ground at distance of 3 Mtr. to each other in delta pettern and connecting all the three electrodes with 75x10mm MS flat 700mm deep and connecting the delta with T/F HV and LV neutral seprately with the help of 75x10 mm MS flat.
