Item Details : SCOPE OF SUPPLY FOR VETRICAL ACCUMULATOR AT CGL-1 We are planning to replace horizontal accumulator with vertical accumulator in our existing CGL-1 line. Following are the line speci fications: - DESCRIPTION : Line Specification Strip Width min-max mm 600-1270 Strip Thickness min-max mm 0.25-1.5 Reference Thickness mm 0.45 Furnace Capacity TPH 26 Process Speed m/min 120 At present we are using horizontal accumulator and due to accumulation restriction, we need to slow down the line speed at the time of welding process. Because of this our production is being lost. To overcome this issue, we are planning to replace this horizontal accumulator with vertical accumulator. Following will be the scope of supply for vertical accumulator: - 1.Accumulator assembly consists of horizontal and vertical columns, Tie rods, bracings, bottom frame assembly along with rolls, moving frame assembly along with rolls, Top cover frame, Counterweight, Motor, Brake assembly, Gear Box, Chain sprocket, Chain etc. 2.Vendor is required to calculate the welding time at entry section and accordingly design the vertical accumulator. Complete time calculation is to be done by vendor in presence of AMNS INDIA. 3.Complete design and supply of vertical accumulator as per requirement given by AMNS INDIA in vender scope and vendor should ensure that it should be fitted in available space. AMNS will provide drawing of available space at CGL-1 entry section. Electrical and mechanical P <(>&<)>ID diagram is to be provided by vender. 4.Complete structure (All vertical and horizontal frames, bracings, supports, moving frame, bottom frame, and top frame etc) will be in vendor scope. 5.Drawing is to be developed by vendor and it is to be approved from AMNS INDIA before starting manufacturing. 6.Vendor should be familiar with the galvanizing line process. so that, he can understand our requirements well and work accordingly. He should have reference list of similar type of supplies. 7.All the civil foundation drawings to be developed by vendor and approval is to be taken from AMNS for the same. Civil foundation will be in AMNS scope. 8.All the major fabrication jobs are required to be done at vendors place so that we can run our line in safe manner. 9.Complete drive set up for moving frame up/down operation will be in vendor scope.
