Sarsawa-Taking down steelrolling shutter push pull or manual type including top hood cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple etcand refixing same in position afternecessary repairs such as cleaning,replacement of rusted nuts and bolts with required / welding grinding andall moving parts,guide rail including greasing the guide rail gear worm, gearbox ,adjusting anchoring rod ,straining tensile spring etc as required to make rolling shutter fuctional and making good any damage to the existing shutters to the following opening:-Area of Shuttersexc 5 Sqm but n exc 10 Sqm each. 2 All as per above item No. 01 here in befor but Area of Shutters exc 10 Sqm but n exc 20 Sqm each. 3 Taking down steelrolling shuttergear operated type with lever gear box and crank handle including top hood cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple etcand refixing same in position afternecessary repairs such as cleaning,replacement of rusted nuts and bolts with required / welding grinding andall moving parts,guide rail including greasing the guide rail gear worm, gearbox ,adjusting anchoring rod ,straining tensile spring etc as required to make rolling shutter fuctional and making good any damage to Replacement of old/worm steel rollers of any size fixed as in sliding gates of Hangers and providing new MS steel rollers of dia 80-100 mm and length 100-130 mm fixed with pin rodof dia 20-50mm ,100-200mm length ,threaded both ends , fixed with 15-30m dia nuts and bolts and double lock system complete all as specified as to Make shutter complete smooth functional complete all as specified to make shutter complete smooth fuctional complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for cleaning ,greasingand oiling all moving parts of slinding shutter of hangers including tightning nuts and bolts of rollers,straightning /aligning the bottom and top guide rails of shutter incl all necessary T&P as required to make shutter complete smooth functional of size exc 50 sqm but n exc 80 sqm each complete all as specifiedand as directed. 11 M&L for cleaning ,greasingand oiling all moving parts of slinding shutter of hangers including tightning nuts and bolts of rollers,straightning /alighning the bottom and top guide rails of shutter incl all necessary T&P as required to make shutter complete smooth functional of size exc 30 sqm but n exc 50 sqm each complete all as specifiedand as directed. 12 M&L for Preparation of old steelsurface to received painting by coating with mordent solution including washing and cleaning etc over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer in Camouflague/Plain patternand pattern as decided by Engr-in-Charge.Note :The rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item for painting any type of Rolling shutters and any type ofHangers including any height and width at AF Stn Sarsawa shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. 13 M&L for preparation of old painted steel, galvanised sheet and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paintin Camouflague pattern or plain or pattern as decided Length upto 3.00 Mtr 21 All as per above item No. 20 here in befor but Length exc 3.00 Mtrbut n exc 5.00 Mtrs 22 Repair of old unservicable/jam steel gates of any size by welding ,greasing and making servicable by fixing of loose/broken flat iron side clamps to any type of wall ,pillar etc. with and incl flat iron necessary welding work with stainless steel fasteners. 23 S & F in repairs Gear box assembly for rolling shutter including rod, required nuts, bolts, cleats, crank handle etc. complete of standard make and fixed in position including one coat of primer including removal of old gear box assembly and other accessories all as specified and directed. 24 DismantlingPlain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings. 25 M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, roofs,fixed with self tapping screws orL-type or J-type or cranked hook boltsas specified. 26 M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,roofs, fixed with self tapping screws orL-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 27 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc. 28 M&L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 29 M&L Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 30 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats ofexterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : Camouflague/plain pattern or pattern decided by Engr-in Charge /Air force Authority. 31 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying three coats ofwhite washcomplete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 32 M&L for taking out sand from stop butt and refilling the same after screening to the required level and slope including watering and ramming.Note:- During Screening of sand bullet spinklers shall be handed over to concrened Air Force authoritiescomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 33 M&L for taking out sand from stop butt and refilling the stop butt to required level with screened sand & saw dust complete all as directed. Note:- (i)Theupper layer of stop butt (Top 3 feet height) to be filled withsaw dust and sieved sandmixed in equal proportion. (ii) Sand taken out from stop butt shall be reused after sieving. (iii) Extra Saw dust shall be procured by the contractor and shall be paid under Srl No-35 as supply only.. (iv) Extra sand required shall be brought by the contractor and shall be paid under Srl No-34 as supply only. 34 Supply only screened sand for filling in stop buttcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 35 Supply only saw dust for filling in stop buttcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 36 S&F of plastic jute bags filled with sand weighing 25 to 30 kgs each as per sample and stacking at a level as directed including removal of existing worn out bags without sand complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
