Vendor to ensure complete overhauling and servicing for smooth manual & electrical operation of the isolators, breakers & earth switch with all interlocks. The scope mentioned is indicative only and vendor shall ensure complete overhauling of the equipments. 2. At Bongaigaon Refinery - Repairing, servicing, overhauling, greasing, alignment checking, of 132 KV CGL and SIEMENS MAKE Load Break SF6 Isolator with following spares: a) Replacement of Taper Roller Bearing (1Set 4 nos per pole) b) Replacement of Brass split pin, brass washer, nylon washer c) Replacement of necessary hardware, Alen cap screw. Spring washer, Nut bolts. d) Replacement of Limit Switch (2 nos. per pole) e) Replacement of Top Collar & Bottom Collar Repairing, servicing, overhauling, checking of 132 KV Breaker including: a) Alignment & adjustment of the operating lever & mechanism if required b) Checking.replacement of contactors. BMR, switches at local panel if required c) Checking the control circuit of the breaker& ensuring all interlocks are in line d) Troubleshooting mechanical & local/remote electrical operation of the breaker along with supply of push buttons or switches if required e)Gas leak test and rectification, gas supply shall be under the scope of vendor. f)Pr. switch checking and supply and replacement. g)Replacement of pole assembly if reqired pole sully shall be under the scope of IOCL F)Checking of breaker contact resistance. hjlf required internal inspection breaker degassed contact inspection would be arrange by the contractor in supervision of OEM OEM charges shall be paid seperatly as per SOR 1)During servicing geasing is to done at Ratchet wheel,pawls, bevel geras closing latch assembly,cam, rollers on main shaft lever, trip latch, trip trigger soller lever rooler two phase lever berpins etc. )During servicing ailing is to be done closing spring guide, trip coil moving core, closing coil and plunger, tripping spring shaft.
