Scope of work for Vendor: • Installation and Commissioning of Lifeline for Monkey Ladder and above Roof sheet of pump house. • Number of persons should work at a time minimum 4 No’s at roof, while working at roof. • Height work experience person must be involved for the job and should clear height pass test as per company norms. • All product supplies and installation should be given with 1 year warranty. • As per Gujarat Government Norms Vendor should be certified for Installation of Lifeline system. • Lifeline System intended purpose should be protecting the person connected to the system against fall. • Vendor should follow all the safety norms of AMNS India. • Specific Penalty for non-performance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. • Access for all job location should be in vendor scope (Ladder/ Scaffolding for access Roof sheeting) • Working height is 11mtr and 9mtr above roof. Scope of work for AMNSI: • Co-ordinate with vendor / supervisor, verifying the work done. • Facilitate work front and give necessary work instruction to the operator/supervisor.
