A. Proposal: - Going further, VPA is carrying out the development in and around the port area where our pipeline is passing underneath the developed yards. To avoid the envisaged breakdown of the water line due to the increase in the load on the ground. to replace the GVMC line to a stretch of 1 km from the feeding point to AMNS towards NSTL side. • Installation <(>&<)> removal of the 14-inch new CI Pipeline a stretch of 1 km stretch at AMNS Visakhapatnam. Note: Vendor Should have a Field survey along with M/S AMNS Executive before submission of the Bid Scope of work Civil: - • Centerline Survey of existing line <(>&<)> survey of proposed line placement. • Site preparation for carrying out civil and piping activities. • The vendor should perform the field detection of the ROW with Pipe detector to ensure. • Trenching and Excavation required for installation of new line. • Back filling of the pipe line trench after getting clearance from M/S AMNS executive • Supply and spreading soft soil before laying of the pipe lines.as per AMNS engineer in charge. • The trench shall be excavated to such depth as, required to provide the minimum cover and the pipeline configuration as specified. The pipeline profile of the crossing shall be followed as accurately as possible. Before laying, the trench shall be cleaned and leveled. Scope of work for Pipe Line Mechanical: - • Field survey of the total stretch and listing out the BOM required <(>&<)> Bends required for execution. • Shifting raw material like CI pipe line and pipe fittings from AMNS storage yard to execution place. • The Contractor should mobilize all the necessary infrastructure required for the project such as Hydra, trailers and other lifting equipment as per the execution requirement. • preparation of the spool pieces where ever required is under vendor scope. • Field joint of the pipe lines based on laying plan. • Vendor should provided all consumables like special gums, cement bags gasket ring joint for installation of pipeline. • For casing pipe usage at crossings, insulators <(>&<)> end shields to be used. • Retrieval of old line after successful commissioning of new GVMC pipeline. • Shifting of retrieved old lines to PS-II location. HSE • Safety PPEs like Helmet, shoe, glasses, gloves, safety belts are in the contractor scope. • Daily Safety toolbox talk to be conducted by the respective contractor. • Its mandatory to give ID card and job skill type designation to the workers. • An engineer, Safety officer and supervisor not less than 4 years’ experience to be appointed till completion of the job. • Safety if the prime concern and responsibility any deviation in safety will leads to termination of the contract. • All workers should go with industrial training and only after that gate pass will be issued. • All workers should have entered through scrum system. • Risk assessment on job at site to be before executing the erection activity. • Vendor is responsible for making the erection plan/method study in coordination with M/S AMNS in charge.
