Review of the DPR prepared by COWI with reference to the facilities proposed for Suavli Port (Excluding LNG/ Energy berth). 2. Verify data sources, assumptions, and calculations. 3. Review the cost estimates of the major components as below: a. Breakwaters b. Dredging c. Reclamation and ground improvement d. Berths and approach trestle e. Cost of equipment and material handling system f. Cost of Utility corridor connecting to Port to steel plant g. Electrical <(>&<)> mechanical Utilities 4. Prepare BOQ of the major components for the items a to g. 5. Rate analysis of various items for the components a to g above to arrive at the proper unit rates. 6. Provide actionable recommendations for the updation of the cost estimates. Scope exclusions: 1. Review of the port layout 2. Review of the design details 3. Updation of DPR 4. Quarry locations Data Provided by AMNS to successful bidder: 1. DPR prepared by COWI with backup calculations of the BOQ and Detailed cost estimates of various project components 2. Soft copies of the drawings in dwg format.
