Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - Hiring of Electrical Operations and Maintenance Services for Two Years at Konkan LNG Limited KLL Rate to be quoted for 19 manpower for 24 months over and above bid floor price REFER SOR for BID FLOOR PRICE CALCULATION SHEET IN TENDER FOR MORE CLARITY. - SOR item No.1: Electrical O&M maintenance jobs for total 09 nos highly skilled service providers. i) Technical Supervisor: Electrical O&M supervisory work including round oclock services for 05 nos highly skilled man-power. Electrical supervisory job include 33KV/11KV/6.6KV HV/MV switchgear maintenance, electrical fault finding/Trouble shooting ii) Site supervisor cum Office Assistant(Electrical) 01nos highly skilled manpower for site supervisor cum office assistance jobs in electrical deptt. Site supervisor will maintain attendance records of all service providers and ensure job safety, compliance of SOPs, maintain records of all statutory compliance etc. iii) Electrical Supervisor: Electrical O&M supervisory work including round oclock services for 02 nos highly skilled man power. Electrical Supervisory work include 415V LT switchgear maintenance, DEG, UPS, BC, Battery bank maintenance jobs etc. iv) Office assistant(Electrical): 01nos highly skilled manpower for office assistance jobs in electrical deptt. Office assistant will keep the record of electrical consumables, spares maintained at shop floor as well as central C&P store and will issue materials after issuance of SIVs whenever required etc. Above mentioned service providers shall be engaged in highly skilled job during General duty hours (i.e.9:15hrs to17:45 Hrs ) & as well as shift duty i.e. Morning/Evening/and Night (8 Hours / day). Above mentioned SOR-1 is classified into four different categories of highly skilled jobs with respect to nature of electrical maintenance jobs to perform. SOR item No.2: Electrical O&M maintenance jobs for total 09 nos skilled service providers. i)Technical Assistant: Electrical O&M assistance jobs including round oclock services for 02nos. skilled manpower. Electrical assistance jobs include electrical motors maintenance and monitoring of all electrical equipment job. ii)Electrician: Electrical O&M assistance jobs including round oclock services for 07nos. skilled manpower. Electrical assistance jobs include HT/LT transformers, Earth Pits maintenance, Cable Laying, Lighting maintenance of plant and buildings, electrical wiring, monitoring of underwater Cathodic protection system and as well as monitoring of all electrical equipment of plant jetty, TLF, MSEDCL etc. SOR item No.3: Providing 1 nos. heavy vehicle driver cum boom lift operator for semi-skilled job in General Duty (8 Hours / Day) and Qualification & Experiences as per scope of work. KLL has 11KV / 6.6 KV / 415 V indoor type sub-stations for supplying Electrical power at LNG plant, Jetty and Office. Plant has transformers, compressors, motors, HVAC systems, UPS, batteries, indoor & outdoor type lightings, earth pits & earthing system, HT / LT cable etc. for which round o’clock Electrical O&M is required as below: a. Regular monitoring of all working parameters and attending alarms / faults of all Electrical system as mentioned above. b. Preventive / corrective / breakdown maintenance of all Electrical System at plant, jetty & office area as per schedule / SOPs. c. Safe de-energize, LOTO and energize of any electrical system. d. Round o’clock services during LNG ship unloading. e. Record daily power consumption & systematically maintain of all events / records / logs of activities done in shift / maintenance registers / logbooks etc. f. Assistance for documentation work like computer typing, letter drafting, Bills, Material g. Entry, Letter inward and outward, and other Official jobs / secretarial jobs etc. for electrical department at office. h. Any other Official works / assignments as instructed by EIC / Electrical authorized personnel in the office. ROUND THE CLOCK ASSISTANCE FOR: i) WORKING HOURS IN PLANT & OFFICE: - For General Duty - Normal working hours are 09:15 – 17:45 Hrs. on all working days as per KLL & lunch break 13:00 – 13:30 Hrs. For shift Duty - Round the clock O&M Services will be required & it will be manned in three shifts namely Morning, Evening & Night Shifts. Providing assistance in operation & health monitoring of electrical system. Providing of round, the clock first aid assistance as and when required to attend breakdown maintenance jobs on electrical system in Process substation, Jetty Substation, Fire Water Pump House, LNG Tank area & plants. Job may require to be carried out at 2 different locations simultaneously Providing immediate assistance in attending breakdown job as and when required throughout the year. This job shall include taking out and putting in of HT & LT circuit breaker & switch fuse units, operation & maintenance of DG set, breakdown maintenance on all types of HT & LT panels, connection, disconnection including glanding & de-glanding & lugging of power & control cables, Motor terminal box opening & checking by Megger, by multimeter etc. To attend breakdown maintenance of UPS, battery charger, batteries including replacement of battery links, connection disconnection of cells & cables etc. as and when required. Providing of temporary floodlights, hand lamps, connections to welding machine, grinder or any electrical equipment. Monitoring of various parameters as and when required such as current, voltage, KW/KWH, power factor etc. at substation (i.e. 11 KV Substation, 6.6 KV Substation, Jetty Substation and FWPH Sub station, LNG Tank area, and, DG set) Checking of all electrical equipment on periodical basis. ii) To maintain utmost safe & healthy condition of equipment and environment in the plant. Any abnormality observed must be attended immediately. Changing over from Grid Power to DG Power /vise-versa. Contractor has to carry out breakdown maintenance at any location within the LNG Terminal as per instruction of EIC. However ‘Generally’ the team for providing assistance for 11KV Sub station , 6.6 KV Substation, 415 Substation, DG set, Jetty Substation, Fire Water Pump House Substation ,Main Control Room, Fire Station Building , Jetty Control room Fire Water Pump House, Admin Building, Ware house, Work shop shed, high mast lighting, Recreation centre, Road lighting, will generally be based at Substation and will receive instructions for maintenance from Engineer in-charge/Control Room in charge .Work shall be done under the supervision of a qualified supervisor deputed by the contractor. However, in case of emergency or based on site requirement contractor may be asked to work anywhere in this plant. Total Quantity :
