The Requirement Is For 4.5 Kms. Of Of Cable Route- Supply of Accessories &Fixtures for instaltionADSS OF Cable: Formed OFC Dead End &Termination fittings OFC Suspension fittings Demountable Pulley Set Adjustable Cable Storage Bracket Joint Closure Kits(24 F ADSS) Package-‘B’ – Poles: Galvanized steel poles of tubular in design and swaged of the length 7 meters, with top cap welded and lightning spike and including MUFF @ 20 per Kms. Galvanized steel poles of tubular in design and swaged of the length 8 meters, with top cap welded and lightning spike and including MUFF @ 5 per Kms. Stay arrangement for 7M/8M steel poles Package-‘C’ – Services inclusive of all of the following : Erection of 7 m / 8m poles including excavation, fixing of MUFF, concreting, curing, Backfilling, Reinstatement, Compaction of earth, Stay arrangements etc. including obtaining Right-of-Way RoW) permission and sign writing on poles with paint Slinging / Laying and splicing of ADSS / AOF including fixing of installation accessories and fixtures etc. Splicing & Jointing of Optical Fibre Cable, Link Testing & Acceptance Testing and makeover of route with As Built Diagram (ABD) of installed Cable routes. This also includes cost towards collection of ADSS Cable / AOF Cable and accessories from BSNL’s Store Depot. Installation of spare OF cable box, FDF and WSC, leading- arrangement, jointing of Pig Tails and all other related activates for construction of ADSS /Aerial OFC route. Optional Requirements Construction of Joint Chambers of bricks, supply & Fixing of GI Pipe and PLB pipe for bringing down the OF Cable, supply of stone slab for covering the Chamber and sand for filling the chamber. Coil earthing of poles Laying of PLB pipes at appropriate depth (as per BSNL cable laying specification), laying and splicing of underground OF cable Laying of underground OF cable inside PLB Pipe / DWC Pipe, Concreting work on PLB Pipe / DWC Pipes including supply of cement, concrete and curing etc., laying and splicing underground OF cable along bridges, culverts etc. Laying ofOF Cable in PLB Pipe with protection of GI pipe/DWC pipe suspended by means of clamps outside the parapet wall of bridge including supply & fixing of clamps and associated work.
