    Tender For Cmc For Lcms 6550 Qtof System (Qty: 1 Nos.); Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for HRLCMS QTOF (High Resolution Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometer), Agilent. Liquid chromatography / Mass Spectroscopy (LC / MS) is a technique which combines high performance liquid chromatography HPLC, a powerful analytical separation technique with mass spectroscopy, a powerful analysis & detection technique. This Instrument is used for analysis of an organic substance, like Drugs, Dyes, Impurity profiling, Metabolite, Environment effluent sample, ETC. 1. Scope of work: The Engineers must undertake the following checks: a. Binary pump: Check the solvent filters, seal wash, sample loop and tubings. To clean all solvent filters and tubing with solvents. Perform leak test and Pressure test b. Instrument vacuum system: check condition of Rough vacuum, high vacuum, TOF vacuum. To change the nitrogen filters and tip seal of Turbo pumps. c. DAD and Auto sampler: Check Door fitting for all modules. Perform leak test and Pressure test. To check needle seal leakage, buffer deposition and lamp hour. d. LCMS 6550 QTOF System: Check condition of ionization source APCI and ESI. To clean the LC and MS system with solvents as per the guide lines. To check the performance of detector. e. Solvent check: check the quality of solvents and water used. f. Performance and operational check: To check the performance by doing tunning and calibration with the tunning solution. g. Electronics and earthing: Check the main voltage and cable condition, Check DC supplies, Value and stability, check all panel earthing resistance values/leakage current.
