    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - yearly routine on port and stbd fuel oil purifier - YEARLY ROUTINE ON PORT AND STBD FUEL OIL PURIFIERS HELD ONBOARD ICGS SAJAG E-412:- Both Port and Stbd fuel oil purifier yearly routine is due. Scope of jobs as per maintenance schedule is given below. Both FO purifiers to be proved for satisfactory operation. (Make: M/s GEA Westfalia, Germany; Model: OSE 10-91-0678). (a) Overhaul the bowl: - (i) Disassemble bowl and centripetal pump. (ii) Clean the bowl and centripetal pump parts and check for corrosion and erosion. (iii) Clean all holes, nozzles and chambers of the hydraulic system. (iv) The cones of bow and spindle must be dry and clean before fitting. (b) Replaces gaskets (c) Check the motor. Re-lubricate motor bearings (d) Change oil and clean the drive chamber thoroughly (e) Clean the strainer and pipe in the operating liquid feed system on the self- cleaning separator. (f) Carefully clean the holes in the non-return valve in the water feed and rinse the water. Check the functionality of the non-return valve. (g) Carefully clean the water detector with a soft cloth and use diesel oil if necessary (h) Check the pressure gauges for damage. Display and functionality. (j) Clean the sight glass in the frame for observing the drive belt (k) Check the hoses, hose pipes and replace when necessary. (l) Clean the filter In the suction line of the product feed pump (m) Replace drive belt (n) Replace spindle roller bearing (p) Replace vibrator observer (q) Check grooved ball bearing of centrifugal clutch and replace, if necessary Check. (r) Check thickness of clutch shoes and replace, if necessary. (s) Check the bowl height (t) Check the spindle speed (u) Check the starting time. Total Quantity :
