Tender For Annual Rate Contract for Repair / replacement of worn out parts / components of India Mark-II Hand Pumps in various Districts of Jammu Province-- 1 Annual Rate Contract for Repair / replacement of worn out parts / components of India Mark-II Hand Pumps in various Districts of Jammu Province 2 Extraction of damaged Mark-II hand pump assembly then re-lowering of pump assembly after replacement of required parts at site including transportation charges for shifting of men and materials at site. 3 Transportation charges for shifting of men and materials at site during fitting of upper parts of Mark-II hand pump wherein extraction/lowering is not involved. 4 Fishing out of dropped hand pump assembly from bore hole by way of designing, fabrication of fishing/sounding tool, lowering/extraction of fishing tool again and again to extract the dropped assembly then lowering of hand pump assembly and other parts including transportation charges for shifting of men and materials at site. 5 Cutting of damaged ends of G.I. Riser Pipe 32mm dia. & rethreading the same. 6 Providing / fitting of 32 mm G. I. Socket 32mm dia. 7 Providing / fitting of hand pump cylinder- II 32 mm dia at site of reputed make. 8 Providing / fitting of hand pump cylinder- II 32 mm dia extra deep at site of reputed make. 9 Providing / fitting of stainless steel axle. 10 Providing / fitting of front cover with stud. 11 Providing / fitting of pedestal. 12 Providing / fitting of water body/Tank. 13 Providing / fitting of screen with mesh net. 14 Providing / fitting of head box assembly complete with handle chain with coupling axle and bearings. 15 Providing / fitting of head box assembly extra deep complete with handle chain with coupling axle and bearings. 16 Providing / fitting of hot dipped G.I. Riser Pipes 32 mm dia. Medium Class (3 Mtrs. length ) at site of reputed make. 17 Providing / fitting of electro-galvanized connecting rods 3 mtrs. length for 32 mm dia hand pump. 18 Providing / fitting of ball bearing 6204 at site. 19 Providing / fitting of lower valve assembly/ check valve. G.I. Pipes (B-Class) one end fitted with G.I. Socket made of seamless pipe or solid bar and other end with threaded protector as riser pipes along with Cylinder Assemblies. 35 Providing/fitting of Mark-II Hand Pump should be ISI Marked Deep Well (Plain) Hand Pumps Mark-II conforming to relevant IS Code with upto date amendments complete with accessories and along with 8 Nos, 3m long Riser Pipe of 32mm nominal bore, hot dip galvanized, screwed and socketed, fitted with socket made of seamless tube or machined from solid bar. Sockets fitted at one end thread protector at the other end and with 8 Nos of connecting rods made of bright bar electro galvanized, fitted with coupler and fitted with stand assembly
