Dismantling of 50 tons pan with save all.b. Dismantling of massecuite gutters.c. Dismantling of all accessories & valves.d. Dismantling of vapour pipe upto condenser.e. Dismantling ofstaging beam if required.f. Dismantling of Vapour/exhaust connection along with valves from vapour/exhaust headers to pan.g. Dismantling of syrup & molasses header along with valves. h. Fabrication &erection of required staging beams at New planti. Erection of complete pan. j. Erection of vapour pipe upto condenser. If weak, fabrication and erection of pipe is in the scope of contractor.k. Erection of massecute gutters.l. Erection of all accessories& connection.m. Fabrication& erection ofVapour/exhaust connection along with valves from vapour/exhaust headers to pan.n. Fabrication & erectionof syrup & molasses header along with valveso. Water testing of pan shell &vapour pipe in the scope of contractor.Remarks:a. Repair of valves will be done by the mills.b. If any leakage tube replacement work will be paid extra as per the rate of season 2023-24.c. LPG, Oxygen gas and welding electrodes are in the scope of contractor
