Dismantling damaged PCC platform and make good distrubed area as per existing area including m&L for making new platform of transformer and refixing and reshifting the transformer at same location after necessary repair, including connection of incoming and outgoing cables , removing PCC platform material from site and depositing at places all as directed by Engr-in-Charge 18 M&L for scraping, cleaning and preparation of old white wash and damage PCC plaster surfaces of transformer plinth complete and M&L for plastering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on top and around transformer plinth including two coats of colour wash over one coat of white wash complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge 19 Demolition ofbrick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed. 20 Material & labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed. 21 Material & labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. 22 Cutting of worn out alluminium cable terminal lugs from the transformer and panelcable, crimping of new aluminium cables core , with suitable size of lugs and fixing with transformer and panel terminal stud including cutting/dressing of cable, excavation surface after providing redressing of excavated surface after providing sand cushioning and brick protection as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 23 LT Panel fencing around the brick plateform with GI chain ling fencing of size 100mmx100mm, 4mm dia including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standard, rails, straining bolts etc. Mild Steel work such as angle iron fencing post struts and flat iron fillets etc. Angle iron size 65x65x6 mm thick and post embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 block 300 mmx300mmx400mm, (spacing of angle iron shall not be more than 2.5 M), including drilling holes, punching, splitting ends to secure chain link fencing and all necessary cutting, welding drilling, bolting or riveting etc and including bands strap (Flat iron 50x5mm thick) support for chain link, steel screw as required, 10 mm dia MS bar as in the bars placed horrizontally at bottom, middle and top along length of fencing, height to fencing 1.5 Mtr clear from GL and approx 12 m length with necessary gate made out of angle iron 50mmx50mmx5mm with locking arrangement c, with 65 mm Godrej pad llock, handle, hinges, etc complete (Approx size 1200mmx1800mm) including one coat of redoxide zinc chromeprimer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on prepared steel surfaces(except GI chain link fencing) all as specifiedand directed. 24 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed for foundation of stay, laying of cable etc complete all as specified and directed. 25 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed for foundation of stay, laying of cable etc complete all as specified and directed. 26 Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. 27 Removing excavated material soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 28 Material and labour for fly ash/burnt Bricks, sub class B dry, well brunt bricks laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. 29 M&L for sand filling in trenchesfor cushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed. The LT Panel shall be front and back openable and having inner and outer shells. The inner shells duly compartmentalized for each control gears. The panel should have suitable size of Copper Bus -bar three phase 4 wire system having current carrying capacity not less than 1.2 times the rated current carrying capacity of the incomer ACB/MCCB. The panel should have the following incoming and outgoing controls duly fixed with the panel by means of suitable link plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
