Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - Illumination Related Works in Dep10 and Dep11A Mines, Relocation of 02 Nos. Fixed Lighting Towers located in Dep10&11A Mines” at BIOM, Bacheli Complex- 1 Dismantling of existing 18mtrs High Mast towers from the RCC foundation duly lowering and removing the flood light fittings, lighting panel, lantern carriage with the assistance of suitable size / capacity crane as per the site requirement and other accessories as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all labour, tools & tackle etc 2 Erection & commissioning of the above high mast lighting tower on the existing RCC foundation with the assistance of suitable size / capacity crane after attending fixing / repairing / replacement works with existing Wire ropes eye bolts, cables. Light fittings, lighting panel, lantern carriage etc. with the assistance of suitable size and capacity crane and labour, tools, tackles etc. as directed by the Engineer – in-charge. (Note: wire rope & cable will be supplied by NMDC at free of cost) 3(a) Laying of 4 core 35Sqmm/25 Sqmm LT cable 1.1 KV, XLPE, PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured, multi stranded aluminium conductor Cable in the existing trench complete as directed by Engineerin-charge including all labour, tools and tackles.Cable laying to be done from the lighting panel in mines to the new location of fixed lighting tower and also the laying of cable from fixed tower panel to the top platform upto the light fittings. Note: Cable will be supplied by NMDC at free of cost. 3(b) FIM Cable 4 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 5 Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm).(FOR Tower and individual fittings) 6 Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, copper tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 3 mm thick copper base plate having 4 nos holes for fixing etc. complete as required. 7 Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20mmX3mm thick on parapet surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run) 8 Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20mmX3mm thick on parapet surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run) 9 Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete (approximate weight one one holding down bolts with accessories taken as 14Kg, Total nos. of bolts for both towers =32nos. Total weight=14X32=448Kgs) 10 Painting with Aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work Total Quantity :
