Drawing / QAP / Job Procedure / WPS/ PQR / Approved Document. 2. Work Instructions /SOP’S for surveying related activities. Vendor Scope: Scope of supply1. Surveyor- Diploma in survey <(>&<)> has minimum 8 years experience in mechanical equipment erection <(>&<)> alignment work. 2. Total Station- of make Pentax, Skokie approved make with 1 Horizontal accuracy and 2mm (+/-) ppm distance accuracy and with diag onal eyepiece with prism stand <(>&<)> Tribrach set with all necessary accessories. 3. Auto Level- of make Pentax, Skokie approved make magnification mix 24*1mm accuracy 1km double run loading with all accessories. 4. Auto level with micrometer ppm (parallel plate micrometer) which can read up to 0.1mm (derived reading) with all accessories - For equipment alignment. 5. All other mics items like hammer, paint, peg, marker etc. are in vendors scope. 6. All PPEs are in vendors scope as per AMNS standard. Scope of work1. Setting out survey, Demarcation of Central line, checking line, checking of position of bolts, insert plate, pockets, Rails, Mechanical Equipment <(>&<)> Structure alignment. 2. Carrying out benchmark (reference benchmark from the nearby plant approved by Engineer-In-Charge) to site under survey by parallel levelling, transversion, establishing and constructing profile <(>&<)> benchmark including protection fencing, grid <(>&<)> reference pillars in the field. 3. Agency must have to deployed survey manpower from 9:00AM to 6:00PM (8 hrs.)6 days a week. 4. Demarcating area, Bolts, equipment’s alignment and transfer level by surveyed and taking approval of the same from Engineering-in-Charge before commencement of the work. 5. The agency shall be responsible for the security of the equipment mobilized by him at side. 6. Recording all field data <(>&<)> submission of survey/ as built protocol in hard copies as well as in soft copies (auto cad file). 7. The furnishing of separate survey report for site as detail in the succeeding paragraphs is also included in the scope of work. 8. Equipment which are used for surveying work must be calibrated <(>&<)> certified by a government authorized lab. The calibration certificate of the equipment’s which are to be used in surveying should be latest and within one month. 9. The agency shall obtain entry passes to the proposed side location within the plant premises as per the existing AM/NS practice. Verification documents for the personnel deployed will need to be submitted by the agency for facilitating entry into the plant premises. 10. All Transportation facilities, accommodation <(>&<)> food for survey staff are to be arranged by vendor only. 11. Field calibration of equipment should be conducted once every fortnight or as requested by the engineer. 12. In the absence of surveyor at site, vendor needs to arrange an ternate candidate on emergency basis. 13. Prior to the deployment of surveyor, the CV the candidate should be submitted to AMNS for approval. If requested, he should be arranged for an interview with the AMNS Team for better assessment. 14. The vendor should not withdraw/change/replace the existing surveyor team without requesting 15 days prior AMNS approval. 15. All PPEs will be vendor scope as per AMNS standard.
