    Tender For Competitive E-bidding For Boiler Retubing Work Of Boiler No. 4 For Season 2024-25, 1 40 TPH capacity boiler -4 (Lipi Make) 2 Dismantling fabrication and erection of rooftubes (size 63.5 mmX 4.06mm )with satisfactory expansion and bellmouthing of tubes along with satisfactory hydraulic testing(72kg/cm2).All necessary formalities in accordance to IBR directives are to be taken up. 3 Dismantling fabrication and erection of economizer coil (size 38.4 mmX 4.06mm x 109 mtr length )with satisfactory expansion and bellmouthing of tubes along with satisfactory hydraulic testing(72kg/cm2).All necessary formalities in accordance to IBR directives are to be taken up. 4 Dismantling fabrication and erection of economizer inlet , outlet header nipples (size 38.1mmX6.00mm x150 mm length )with satisfactoryhydraulic testing(72kg/cm2).All necessary formalities in accordance to IBR directives are to be taken up.Material(SCH 80) for economiser nipple will be supplied by fabricator. 5 Dismantling fabrication and erection of economizer inlet , outlet header nipples (size 38.1mmX6.00mm x150 mm length )with satisfactoryhydraulic testing(72kg/cm2).All necessary formalities in accordance to IBR directives are to be taken up.Material(SCH 80) for economiser nipple will be in our scope. 6 Machining/Lapping of boiler main hole Drum seat &coveralong withsatisfactory hydraulic testing(72kg/cm2) 7 Extension of bottom side header size 10 X SCH 120 with flange and blind type arrangement along with satisfactory hydraulic testing(72kg/cm2).All necessary formalities in accordance to IBR norms. Flange , blind ,High tensile nut & bolt along with high pressure spiral joint will be supplied by fabricator.
