    Tender For Re-Shelling And Grooving Of Mill Roller; 1 Size 840mm Dia X 1525mm Length ( Pitch 25 mm) De-shelling of old mill roller shaft and re-shelling should be shrink fitted on shaft after proper ultrasonic test against any crack with CI coarse grained non-polishing shell having BHN 180/200 and grooving of roller as per drawings. Material of shell confirming to IS: 11202-1985 with following composition. Total Carbon: 3.2%-3.6%; sulphur: 0.15% max. Phosphorus: 0.5% Max ; Manganese:2.2%-3.2%; Silicon: 1.2%-2.2%. 2 Size 840mm Dia X 1525mm Length( Pitch 50 mm) De-shelling of old mill roller shaft and re-shelling should be shrink fitted on shaft after proper ultrasonic test against any crack with CI coarse grained non-polishing shell having BHN 180/200 and grooving of roller as per drawings.
