    Tender For Instrumentation And Communication System Maintenance Works; 1 DCS Panels Filters cleaning and panel housekeeping in Main Plant, Unit-18 and SPP 2 Preventive Maintenance, calibration & stroke testing of Control Valves & Accessories 3 Transmitters Removal, Calibration and Fixing back in line 4 Maintenance & Calibration of Field Switches 5 Thermocouple, RTD Healthiness Testing 6 Pressure and Temperature Gauge removal, calibration and lining up 7 Maintenance of Junction Box & Local Panel 8 Instrument Air System Leak Check and attending of leaks 9 Housekeeping in instrument section workshop, store rooms, PPS maintenance room etc. 10 Instruments shifting to and fro inside site 11 Preventive Maintenance of Telephone Network and Instrument 12 Preventive Maintenance of PA System Network and Instrument 13 Preventive Maintenance of VHF base station and Walkie-talkies 14 Testing of fire and smoke detector 15 Testing of Gas Detectors 16 Control valve removal,servicing and boxing up 17 Cable/Tray laying/re-reouting of signal/control cables and communication cables with termination at both ends 18 Instrument Air Tubings, Impluse lines and ferruling of tubes (SS& Copper Tubes) 19 Erection of scaffolding & removal 20 Welding works required for instrument jobs 21 Testing of fibre optic cable with OTDR and Splicing of cable 22 Records/File movement & management and Data entry & Document Typing Jobs 23 Supply of consummable spares (Insulation &Teflon Tapes, Copper Lugs, Grease, M-Seal, Cable dressing Tags etc) as per scope of work
