The work of repairing the worn teeth of IRC, SRC and can carrier sprockets by welding as per requirement. Removing the weak and damaged side plate of IRC Gali and replacing it with a new plate of 08/10 mm given and giving a satisfactory leak proof trial. Removing the weak and damaged bottom plate of IRC Gali and replacing it with a new plate of OB/10 mm given and giving a satisfactory leak proof trial. The work of fixing the broken teeth of the pressure shoot of the mill and repairing the worn teeth and making them high facing. The can carrier was tilted from the upper side, its channels were heated, straightened and aligned to complete the work. Repair by opening the old pressure chute on the mill and completely replacing the corroded part. and assembling the damaged part of the SS plate by welding it properly. And the work of fitting it on the mill and giving it a satisfactory trial. On the work of straightening old plates of different sizes The work of removing the stressed boot of IRC and SRC and making it from new plate of 08 to 10 mm, installing it at its place and giving trial.
