    Tender For Reshelling Of Mill Roller--- 1 Reshelling of Mill Rollers 2 Reshelling and grooving of Mill Discharge Rollers having shell dia 835 MM x 1500 MM long. The shell material shall be Carbon 3.20 to 3.60% Min 2.2 to 3.5%. Silicon 1.2% to 2.2% Phosphorus 0.5% Max. duly Ultrasonic tested and grooved. Grooving Drg. will be sent to you with Roller. The hardness of C.I. Roller should be 180-200 BHN.Mill No. 1 Grooving Pitch=50 MM 3 Mill No. 4 Grooving Pitch=25 MM 4 Reshelling and grooving of Mill FeedRollers having shell dia 835 MM x 1500 MM long. The shell material shall be Carbon 3.20 to 3.60% Min 2.2 to 3.5%. Silicon 1.2% to 2.2% Phosphorus 0.5% Max. duly Ultrasonic tested and grooved. Grooving Drg. will be sent to you with Roller. Mill No. 1 Grooving Pitch=50 MM. 7 Mill No. 4 Grooving Pitch=25 MM 8 Reshelling and grooving of Mill Top Rollers (Semi Couch Type) having shell dia 835 MM x 1500 MM long. The shell material shall be Carbon 3.20 to 3.60% Min 2.2 to 3.5%. Silicon 1.2% to 2.2% Phosphorus 0.5% Max. duly Ultrasonic tested and grooved. Grooving Drg. will be sent to you with Roller. The hardness of C.I. Roller should be 180-200 BHN. Mill No. 1 Grooving Pitch=50 MM, No. of holes 1008
