Tender For Establishing Center For E Learning In Kuhs; 1 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) 2 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metreslead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm 3 PROVIDING AND FIXING LUXURY VINYL TILE STRIP OF SIZE 6X36 AND 1.5MM THICK ONPLASTERED FLOOR SURFACE USING VINYL FIXING SOLVENT AND VINYL OF APPROVEDCOLOR ALL COMPLETE ETC AS PER DIRECTION OF ENGINEER IN CHARGE 4 PROVIDING AND FIXING 5MM THICK THEATER CARPET AFTER FIXING 1/2 INCH x 2 FOAM FIXEDON PLASTERED FLOOR SURFACE USING carpet FIXING SOLVENT AND carpet OF APPROVEDCOLOR ALL COMPLETE ETC AS PER DIRECTION OF ENGINEER IN CHARGE 5 Supplying and fixing of 69mm thick USG Partition system components. This includes fixing of sheetrockbrand ST 55 Floor and ceiling Track (0.55mm BMT, 50mm wide & havingtwo flanges of 32mm each) tothe RCC Floor and slab with approved Fasteneres @600mm centres respectivly. The Shetrock Brand ST55 wall Studs (0.55 mm BMT, 48mm wide with lips, ribs & having one flange of 34mm and other of36mm). The wall studs are placed at 610mm centres in Floor and Ceiling Tracks. 9.5mm thick FiberockPanel (confirming to ASTM C 1278) is screw fixed vertically to bot sides of wall stud with 25mm longDrywall Screws at 300mm centres. The screw fixing of Fiberock Panels to the metal framing at theperiphery, openings and cut edges should be at 150mm centres. The horizontal & vertical joints of theFiberock Panels on both sides of the metal framework must be staggered so as to avoid through andthrough joins. All the joints to be tapped & finished with 50mm wide sheetrock Brand Paper tape &Sheetrock brand . All Purpose Joint compound conforming to ASTM C475.The rate excluding cost forputty work and painting work. 6 Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling includingdisposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 metres lead asdirected by Engineer - in-Charge 7 Refixing the false ceiling using existing tiles and supports including providing additional channels andsupports for the grid to ceiling using necessary fittings to provide sufficient fixity to the false ceiling etc. Asdirected at site.The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding etc. all complete as perthe direction of engineer in charge 8 internal room acoustics with perforated calcium silicate board 8 mm thick(2x2 tile) and polyester wadwool of 1000 gsm fixed using gi sections .40 mm thick(.30meter spacing horizontal) , intermediatechannels .60mmthick(.90meter spacing vertical), perimeter channel .40mm thick and 1 inch screw etc allcomplete as per the direction of engineer in charge and as per the drawing 9 internal ceiling acoustics with perforated calcium silicate board8 mm thick(2x2 tile and polyester wad woolof 1000 gsm fixed in the existing grid channels etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in chargeand as per the drawing 10 Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wallsurface:Water thinnable cement primer 11 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Twoor more coats on new work 12 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand andmanufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 13 Wall painting Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade One or more coats on old work 14 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately):For fixed portionPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) 15 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer -in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 4.0mm thickness 16 Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS: 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors including cost of cutting floors, embeding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness
