| 1 | Preventing maintenance /Servicing of both the indoor/outdoor units of Towertype A/C 4.0TR capacity of any make by cleaning of cooling and condenser coil of indoor & outdoor unit, cleaning filters removing internal dust by using vacuum cleaners, oiling, greasing wherever required, checking for proper cooling, checking of serviceability of spares such as stating capacitor, running capacitor, fan motor, blower motor, relays, thermostat and wiring etc in if necessary replacement of existingsize magnetic contactor, relay over load protector, relay, thermostat and internal wirringand service complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) Fixing of spares parts such as Compressor, starting capacitor, running capacitor, fan motor, blower motor, copper tubes, PVC pipes etc. if found defective will be measured and paid separately as supply only.(ii) Charging of gas if required will be paid separately as supply only. |

(ii) Additional length of copper tubing if required will be measured & paid separately. |
