| 1 | Servicing of DG Set 62.5 KVA of any Make, checking entire system as per manufacturer\"s catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceablility, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assy, by pass filter assembly, lub oil filter assembly, air cleaner assy,air filter, flexible hose pipe, radiator coolent , distill water, Tightening the base bolt and nuts and mounting bolts and nuts. etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts, draining out the old used burnt engine oil from the sump cleaning all serviceable filters and oil sump with cleaning solution such as petrol/ diesel and refilling new engine oil upto required level, cleaning of battery terminals with warm water ,Checking the radiator and radiator hose and arresting small leaks ,Checking the fuel pump timing and adjusting if required and including testing to DG Set to entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge. Note:-(i) Spare parts/ Engine oil/ check kit/ filter shall be measured and paid for saperately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Minimum 6 months gap/ 200 hrs of run whichever is earlier shall be considered for next service(iii) Repair Guarantee for replaced parts/servicing of DG Set shall be for six month/200 hrs from the date of service. (iv)Cost of small spares required for maint of DG set shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.(v) Service Engineer must be skilled and must have knowledge of maintenance of DG sets and attending minor and major fault when it arise. |

| 17 | Disconnecting incoming / outgoing cable connection from alternator of 62.5 KVA DG set and taking out from DG set room checking carefully and transporting to auth workshop approved by Engineer-in-Charge for repair and rewinding of alternator dismentling into parts and cutting the burnt/damage copper winding wire from alternator / stator cleaning slots and rewinding the stator/alternator with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge & size and insulation paper etc complete varnishing of rewinded alternator replacement of carbon brush set bearing set etc complete and transporting the alternator to DG set room coupling with DG set and testing complete include water load test all as specified and directedNOTE: All neccessary T&P for dismantling,transporting and installation cost is deemed in this work |
| 18 | Taking down the existing turbo charger unit from the capacity 62.5 KVA Diesel engine, Transporting to private work shop. | 19 | Disconnecting, removing and dismantling radiator assembly from capacity 62.5 KVA DG sets and descaling the radiator throughly with CTC solution/ any other chemical solvent agent as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, stopping of leakage at place to copper cores and tubes by brazing scrapping the existing oil paint, dusting and painting the radiator with enamelled paint etc., re-installing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed |
| 20 | Taking down the existing defective injector and fuel injection pump (FIP) for the capacity 62.5 KVA DG set installed at various installation and replacement of worn out spares like delivery valves, nozzles, bearings, fly weight, packing kit, and copper washer kit ,injector element,kit injector,retainer injector cup, fixing tappit cover packing set,and recalibration of FIP and refixing in same position and testing of full load checking of pressure and adjustment by dial gauge complete all as specified and as directed . |
